I ordered a pair of cardy uggs from here and then my fella decided to research the website. There are 4 i have found so far that have different wesites but are the same website.
My boots are fake. They have to wrong pattern underneath and the label is meant to have like a criss cross stiching which it doesnt. They are meant to be like kinda bent at the top which they arnt, compared to my bosses they are a really bad fake, ive emailed them saying im not happy and want my money back and they said they can't help me, luckily i paid with my visa debit card so can and am opening a dispute up to try and get my money back.
Places like these need to be shut down, i wish id have just waited a bit longer and paid a bit more and gone to a shop to get them.

Ok so 2day 5th of jan uggs arrived after ordering them on xmas day must say if there fake they fooled me myself an sister both ordered a pair that have arrived in perfect condition an to the naked eye would apper real how ever ive also recheared uggs an have noticed on the soles of these ones the don't have the (R) regerstation mark and also have been sent from china witch i have been told uggs r aloud to b made there but not directly sold to the uk from there its ment to b a sure sign of fake ones and lastly the soles on real uggs r alot more flexable then fake ones witch like the ones ive recived from this company r very solid feeling an dnt give alot of movement for walking overall tho u do get what u pay for so rip offs or seconds the ones ive recieved are not half bad..

I had already ordered before coming across all the poor reviews on this sight and I did start a little panic on day 10 when they'd not arrived however, the goods I recieved after 12 working days are really good replicas which have fooled all female staff in my office or are factory 2nds. The boots look the buisness however you get what you pay for and in this case heavily discounted goods. Okay I don't like the fact that the goods i recieved may not be exactly what they were sold as but still look like the real McCoy. Additionally I contacted them by email on customer service section on their website and I recieved a polite reply less then 24hrs later reassuring me that the goods had been dispatched and when I could expect to recieve them. It may not be great but its not all bad in my case. Would i use them again? Maybe but would definately use paypal or equivilant for payment.

The website i ordered my boots from is www.uggaustrialian-uk.com. I received my boots on Wednesday morning... in total, i waited 13 days. I can assure you that these are genuine as i also have a pair that i bought from schuh for myself and compared them (from this website, i ordered for my 2 daughters)and they are identical. Must say though that i did STRESS until i received them and that was due to all the bad comments from other people. Anyway, in future, even though the boots are great, i will only buy from a shop.

I ordered a pair of boots a month ago and am still waiting for them, when i go onto the page it won't let me open anything saying link broken, so i have not been able to contact them! Do not be seduced by the price as if it seems to good to be true it IS! The company are obviously fraudsters and if you have placed a order i would contact your bank or credit card company and inform them. Having just looked the site ugg.ugg-onlinesale-uk.com seems to be the same layout so be ware!

I know ur all v angry wiv this site. But i think uv just had an extremely unlucky deal wiv them. I too paniced once id paid for my boots (2 pairs totalling £140) and found this site. However, my UGGS are now here and i am very happy with them. They are however, clearly the 2nds from the factory (ones which are not in perfect condition, hence the 69% discount) but they are real. I have a pair of 'real' uggs from sole trader and they are identical (excepy for a double stitch on the front of one pair, and a bald patch in the wool on another)

I totally understand what u r all saying because I have spent the last 10 days worried sick about what and IF i will receive anything!

But for those of you that have not yet received them, i am sure u will get them soon and hopefully b pleasently supprised?!

The boots i have received MAY NOT b real and i might just been relieved that any r here at all, but when i hold them next to my real ones, u would not b able to tell the difference!

I will keep u all posted on how they wear outside!

I purchased a pair of bailey button uggs from them. I was seduced by the price and should have known better really cos it seemed too good to be true. I regretted it soon after though. They have charged me more money than what they advertise them as and won't give me a refund. Theyve got round this by using the dollar echange rate as an excuse as thats how they do all their transactions. When I contacted them they emailed backed saying the exchange rate had changed and that the boots were worth the extra...'what a joke'"! I now know that their boots are fakes and that they are scam artists. I havent received my boots yet so it will be interesting if I receive anything and if I do what they will be like.! My advice NEVER NEVER NEVER use this site.

OK heres an update for this horrible horrible company... my boots are now at customs awaiting for charges to be applied! By the time ive paid all this and all the hassle ive had I really wish Id just saved a bit more and bought them from the proper site. Its so sad that people take advantage like this... and if you are reading this and you are from one of these fake companies then 'SHAME ON YOU'...(that was censored a lot!)

I have been swindled out ot 73 pounds on this website. I ordered the ugg boots but immediatly regretted it as i thought it was a dogey site, there were no phone numbers to ring just email addresses. When i tried to get a refund some foreign typyst asked me to transfer the 11% cancellation charge into their paypal account! I refused point blank and demanded a refund, they didn't get back to me until the next day when they said my item had "already been dispatched" then a day later i had an email from them saying my boot's had been help up as the company in china who were sending them were on their annual 10 day hoilday? I know i was stupid even giving them my details but i NEED to know if there is someone i can phone in relation to reporting fraid websights so nobody else suffers the same mishap as me, maybe loosing alot more money then me too! Thanks
