I was iffy about buying from here but they proved me wrong! They have great customer service who helped me choose the right hair for me and even gave me a discount when I didn't order enough for what I needed. They're always running specials and the hair is quality! I wear them everyday and everyone thinks it's my real hair!

I purchased the virgin plus hair pre-bonded twice and will definitely order again the hair is soft and similar to my hair feels and look so natural and is reusable

The hair is extremely dry, it tangles without stopping. They should be brushed at least 10 times a day. With each brushing a lot of hair falls out. At this rate, I won't be able to wear the extensions for just one week. I have thick hair, usually 200gr is enough for my tape in extensions, Ugeat hair is so thin that even 250gr is not enough for me. Don't waste your money on them or buy elsewhere. The hair is the worst quality i have bought. It is clearly made in China.

The hair seems fake and the topper had a patch of hair missing, making it unusable. I contacted them and they said I bought a product that was on sale so I can't get a refund. They told me to buy another product at full price if I'm unhappy with what I received. So basically "sale" means defective. Stay away from this site!

The hair quality is very good, customer service recommended that I buy virgin hair, the quality is really good, but the color is a slight color difference with my hair. But my hair stylist helped me solve this problem perfectly. Great hair! Great customer service!

I have thin hair and was just looking for fullness. These were perfect for what I need! I have tried flat silk weft extensions and you can see them under my real hair on the sides. These were concealed better, gripped well, and went in so easy! I love them!

This hair and company is absolute GARBAGE! I requested a return/refund and sent them a picture of the return label with the address they provided. The return was recieved and signed for. The customer service department is now say they did not recieve the return and that "it was sent to the wrong address" because the delivery city was Hacienda Heights and not City of Industry. I let them know that Hacienda Heights and City of Industry share the same zipcode and that the package was in fact delivered to the correct address. They were refusing to give me my refund because they couldn't find the package. After 5 days of going back and forth through email, I called my bank and disputed the charge. This has been an absolute nightmare!

At first, I liked Remy Hair, but then I realized that Virgin Hair lasts longer and it makes my hair look shinier. I was very happy with what I got for just a few dollars more. This time I bought Virgin tape for me and my sister, we ordered it a little late for an event, but they kindly expedited it for me and now everything is going great, thanks!

It is not quality hair, it gets tangled all the time I bought tape extensions and it was a headache because of the poor quality. We do not recommend it, customer service does not respond

If I could give them a zero rating I would've. The worst experience ever!. The hair is cheap and felt very synthetic. However, the hair is advised as 100% human hair- negative. I reached out to the company within minutes of receiving the hair. The company asked for pictures etc before shipped. Upon shipping the hair back and the company receiving the bad quality hair. Whoever opened the return. Actually pulled the hair apart took pictures and stated I ruined the hair so they wouldn't have to return all of my money in full. I sent pictures of the hair pre/post return. The company is a rip off who sales fake hair. I will never order hair from this company or refer anyone. Do not deal with this company..

I have bought probably 90% of my clip in remy hair extensions from Ugeat. I love the softness and quality of the extensions. They have an excellent selection of colors and a variety of types of extensions. I always buy platinum or white blonde and black. My natural color is black, but I can transform into a blonde in about 15 minutes using the clip ins and most importantly the toppers. I own probably 10. They can be dyed along with the clip ins so i have tons of color combinations. Their customer service is some of the best! Shipping is fast and my products always come as described.

I love this hair I even ordered some for my friend the bundles are even thick I've had it installed amount a month and I'm about to order some more for my next install Because I've had 4 different styles with these bundles and have gotten them cute a few different ways.

They send you horrible quality, totally different color than advertised from China! Not even from the US. It's all fake hair. I sell human hair for 12 years and never had worse hair than this! I had to contact my credit card company to get money back, they ignore u! Stay far far away!
