Purchased 10 pieces and let me tell you the price is high. Got that hair I was like oh nice feel. WELL after installing 3 days in one fell off on my Chiropractors chair now I'm five days in and 6 pieces fell off and I haven't even washed my hair wtf. Adhesive is beyond terrible. The hair I purchased From goo that I had installed as well I have stripped color washed, then bleached, washed then colored them and washed then had them installed are still in my head...
For the amount of money I paid for a lousy 10 pieces that Wouldn't even hold for more than three days is disgusting to me. I should get a full refund.added a photo of most of the hair that fell out after 3-5 DAYYYYYSSSSS

I've tried basically every extension brand there is and these are my absolute favorite! Each strand is so thick and keeps its density throughout. With most brands you need to buy longer than what you actually want because they're stringy and thin at the ends and need to be cut but with virgin plus hair you don't have to do that. I've had mine in since the beginning of December and they still look amazing even with me using heat on them every day.

Purchased a human hair topper due to sudden hair loss from health problems. It is horrible. Does not sit on scalp correctly so it looks like a wig from a Halloween costume. I did everything I could but it still looks terrible. Attempted to contact customer service for tips but all I get as a response are generic cut & pasted "how to care for your hair extensions". I am just out the $ & the return policy is absolutely ridiculous. So basically, if you open it you can't return it. They have offered me ZERO suggestions even after I sent pictures of how awful the piece is. Absolutely ridiculous that there is no way to speak to a supervisor or someone. I guess this is how they stay in business. Just get new customers & don't need repeat customers.

I had a kidney transplant, six years ago, and because of the immunosuppression medicine began losing my hair. I started to try to put clip in hair extensions, but the hair was so thin you could see it. When I found this hair topper, it was a game changer, and I get compliments how natural it looks and it blends in beautifully so that I can wear my hair extensions and feel like myself.! Ugeat quality is amazing. I highly recommend

I got 22" blonde micro beads and they looked amazing! They lasted much longer than I anticipated, and stayed very healthy and fresh looking. They didn't tangle or fall out at all and little to no damage on my own hair! And blended so nicely! I highly recommend!

I have tried other brands of extensions before and this brand is the best. The hair quality is amazing! It is so soft and the color matches my hair perfectly. These are so easy to install and are comfortable to have in. I am very pleased with this brand!

The hair seems fake and the topper had a patch of hair missing, making it unusable. I contacted them and they said I bought a product that was on sale so I can't get a refund. They told me to buy another product at full price if I'm unhappy with what I received. So basically "sale" means defective. Stay away from this site!

They send you horrible quality, totally different color than advertised from China! Not even from the US. It's all fake hair. I sell human hair for 12 years and never had worse hair than this! I had to contact my credit card company to get money back, they ignore u! Stay far far away!

I was iffy about buying from here but they proved me wrong! They have great customer service who helped me choose the right hair for me and even gave me a discount when I didn't order enough for what I needed. They're always running specials and the hair is quality! I wear them everyday and everyone thinks it's my real hair!

I have thin hair and was just looking for fullness. These were perfect for what I need! I have tried flat silk weft extensions and you can see them under my real hair on the sides. These were concealed better, gripped well, and went in so easy! I love them!

Best customer service I have had in along time.When I had an issue with my install they comped me a free 100$ gift card to help ease the pain of having to purchase new hair!

The hair is extremely dry, it tangles without stopping. They should be brushed at least 10 times a day. With each brushing a lot of hair falls out. At this rate, I won't be able to wear the extensions for just one week. I have thick hair, usually 200gr is enough for my tape in extensions, Ugeat hair is so thin that even 250gr is not enough for me. Don't waste your money on them or buy elsewhere. The hair is the worst quality i have bought. It is clearly made in China.

Asked for width measurements or pictures of the silk flat wefts to gauge how many to purchase. Was told I'd be sent pictures during the week and one and half weeks later, no measurement specifications or pictures received.

Then figuring I'd never be sent a picture after having reached out on phone, email, facebook, and WhatApp, I decided to get a different type of flat weft and was told my order should be received in 3-5 business days. After 6 business days I asked where my order was at and was told it had NOT EVEN BEEN PLACED because they said they weren't sure if the ones I ordered where the ones I wanted... UGH! They also said they tried contacting me to confirm the ones I ordered were correct. I did not receive this message and check my email multiple times a day.

The hair quality is very good, customer service recommended that I buy virgin hair, the quality is really good, but the color is a slight color difference with my hair. But my hair stylist helped me solve this problem perfectly. Great hair! Great customer service!

If I could give them a zero rating I would've. The worst experience ever!. The hair is cheap and felt very synthetic. However, the hair is advised as 100% human hair- negative. I reached out to the company within minutes of receiving the hair. The company asked for pictures etc before shipped. Upon shipping the hair back and the company receiving the bad quality hair. Whoever opened the return. Actually pulled the hair apart took pictures and stated I ruined the hair so they wouldn't have to return all of my money in full. I sent pictures of the hair pre/post return. The company is a rip off who sales fake hair. I will never order hair from this company or refer anyone. Do not deal with this company..

This hair and company is absolute GARBAGE! I requested a return/refund and sent them a picture of the return label with the address they provided. The return was recieved and signed for. The customer service department is now say they did not recieve the return and that "it was sent to the wrong address" because the delivery city was Hacienda Heights and not City of Industry. I let them know that Hacienda Heights and City of Industry share the same zipcode and that the package was in fact delivered to the correct address. They were refusing to give me my refund because they couldn't find the package. After 5 days of going back and forth through email, I called my bank and disputed the charge. This has been an absolute nightmare!
