They are Criminals

The part I purchase was advertised to fit my application. It didn't! I contacted them to return/exchange and here is their response;

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Would you still consider 40% refund? You could sell this one locally or give it to your friends as a gift.
If you really don't want it, please ship it back to the following address and offer us your return shipment tracking number. We will launch refund when the package received and a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

Radio screen for Durango
November 26, 2024

Bought a screen for a2018 Durango when hooked up only half the screen lit up. Checked all connections they were good installed my old screen and it worked but contuned to change stations. They charge 30% restocking fee. Offered me 10% off to keep it. Why would i keep something that does not work. Would never buy anything from this place

Shotty parts

One star is being generous. I ordered new catalytic converters for my wrangler and they did not work properly and caused my jeep to start overheating. They then told me if I bought another part, it would help and it didn't. They will not refund the money because in order to install them and find out there was a problem with the parts they were no longer in brand new condition, so they could send them to someone else and rip them off! Very angry and very broke from buying these parts twice!

Turbo up pipe didn't fit properly. Instead of exchanging it they wanted me to attempt to bend it with a 10% discount. Was unsuccessful on getting it to fit properly. Then they offered me 20% and said to try again because their supplier says there's nothing wrong with it. Unsure how the 20% gets refunded. Might have to purchase more to get it.

No returns

For one they advertise the wrong part a usb port that was not even close to the one I needed.I tried to do a return, which they declined but offer me a 25% discount to keep, which i did accept, but its been a week no refund, they are slow to respond to your email request. Do not buy from them sure wish looked at there 2 star review before I order, lucky for me it was a $40 part.

I ordered a grill from them, just received it in the 3 days later. The grill came in good condition. But the only problem is no pick up the phone call, until I got the grill and the contact me by sending me email. Anyway, great item for the price.

I bought a reductant pump for my 2018 Chevy 3500 took it to the dealership. Had it put in dealership told me it's no good, ucar will not warranty their part or send another one do not buy from them. It's all junk you will get ripped off.

Joke of a company

Ordered a grille for my car and it showed up broken, told them about the situation and they asked if I could keep it and they will give me 30% back. I said no, the item is useless to me. They said I can ship it back but I have to cover shipping cost which is a joke because any other company in the world would send a return shipping label. I will not pay shipping on a large item such as this. Their customer service is based in china and they don't comprehend anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The worst

I bought a transmission module from them and i never knwe it was coming from china so i asked them and they said that it would arrive on time so i waited. Ok so after 3 day it was sitting in the port of Hong Kong so i decided to contact DHL and told them to cancel the shipment and they where nice enough to do so and send it back to UCarPart and thank god that i dod this cause as soon as i told UCarPart that i wanted to cancel they got nasty telling me to keep the part and they would send me back 10% of the money and when i told them that i wanted my money back they said that i had to pay the shipping and that the restocking fee was 30% that's 90$. But again i didn't leave it to them i when online to chase and told them what happened and by morning i had all my money back. Don't buy from this garbage company especially Chinese ones.

SCAMMERS!

I purchased an ABS module for my 2007 Camry, and had the part installed by my mechanic. The part did not work. My mechanic removed the part, reinstalled the old part and returned the "new" part to me. I attempted to return the part to UCarPart, and I have spent OVER A MONTH going back and forth with "Jason" and it's plain and simple, after sending multiple ridiculous photos of every angle possible of the part, and multiple emails, they do not warranty their parts. They sell BAD parts and offer no solution. 100% scammers. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED! AVOID!

SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a timing kit for my KIA. Waited two weeks, checked the tracking number, called the post office and they said it didn't even ship out yet. This was after contacting customer service, they don't answer calls and take 24-48 hrs to respond to emails. They finally emailed me back and said that the part was out of stock (despite their site saying it was in stock) and it would be an additional 2 weeks for it to arrive to them, and at that point they would ship it out. I said screw that, I'm canceling the transaction. Flash forward two months. I bought parts from another company, my cars fixed. I get a notification on my card/email saying they took the money back out of my account and decided to send the part. This is 2 months after the fact. And after I canceled the transaction, they took the money out of my account and I won't even attempt to do their return process, not only based off of my experience but also off of what I've seen other people share about trying to return their parts. I should have known this was a bs site when the initial transaction triggered a fraud alert on my card.

I ordered a pair of rear shock absorbers for my 2008 Lexus GX 470. Professionally installed by Corwin Toyota. This shock broke in less than 2 yrs from purchase. Tried to call for a warranty replacement, the posted telephone number doesn't pick up and sent > 3 e-mail communications, w/o a response within the past 24 hrs.
Buyer BEWARE!.
