I ordered 2 pair of tennis shoes on 10/15. I have been charged for both. I have gotten no shipping update. I wanted to have some idea when I might received them. I have sent 3 emails requesting a response and tried to call them 3 times with no response. I have had to disputed the charges because I can't get a response.
They'll confirm your order and take your money and not deliver a product. When you reach out, they will not respond. Been waiting a month so far. Zero stars would be more accurate.
Ordered shoes from this company in October 2019. Never received the shoes, but my card was charged. Tried to call & email & never had any communication from them about my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK MY MONEY & I NEVER RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE. VERY DISSATISFIED
