Payment process is a joke, there is no verification and if you cancel the payment before it went through the payment will just go through and twitch will blame you in doing so. There is no payment verification when signup for the billing agreement with paypal, its just basic professional ethics to have some form of window or check to know if the user has inputed the right amount but twitch doesnt do this... they will happily take your money and blame you...they are just scammers... I absolutely dont recommend this platform...i lost 400 euro just because i enterred the wrong number of subs and yet i hit the cancel button before the payment went through, in my opinion this is a techinical glitch but twitch just brushed it off... there is no live chat or phone number to get proper support, their current online form is a big joke... Plus they take a lot of commissions and streamers barely get any, this is total preying from both viewers and streamers... please dont sign up!
This site is plain bad. I got suspend for asking for sexual favors for which is not true. There law firm that represents Twitch.Tv DAVIS WRIGHT TREMAINE LLP will not help me at all.
This site provides (probably) one of the best ways to stream in a large, more interactive way than other sites. (such as YT) Plus, thanks to the application I can actually have an easier way to enhance my gaming experience without having to worry about certain mod installations (namely Minecraft).
I don't browse for certain games/media being streamed (which you can do) but I'm able to watch my favorite people (artists, gamers, and friends) do what they do in the comfort of their home or working space, live or past broadcast. The delay is fairly minimal for me, but then there's the occasional invasive ad playing in the middle of the streams. So you could be missing out on something important, which is a little bothersome. Depending on the popularity of the streamer, chat can get a little hectic as well, but you can opt out of chat if you like. Setting up a stream was simple enough last I tried it, and of course they offer a few more options to get your stream going. I'm not sure what the standard is for those options, but so far, it all works pretty well for me.
Twitch was great years ago but over time they just have been going downhill. There are a lot of people who don't even stream games on their platform. There are people who just sit their in a bathtub and just talk for hours about how pathetic their lives are [people actually view this stuff]. How does this relate to gaming? You have people who stream sitting in a bikini while asking people for money. How does this relate to gaming? What's the point of having a Terms of Service? What happened with Twitch?
As a viewer, I have greatly enjoyed Twitch. The content is diverse, the layout is practical and interacting with streamers is effortless and lots of fun. However, the game ban policy is pretty arbitrary and unusually stiff for a flexible industry. *Cough* Yandere Sim *cough*
The site made conscious efforts to ban streamers who used sex appeal as the main focus of their show and now values quality content creators through many little gimmicks, some more successful than others. Getting monetization as a streamer is about as difficult as it is on Youtube from what I've heard and policy changes can be destabilizing if you're intending to stream. Some technical difficulties have been reported for audio delay and frame rate. As a viewer, no issues at all! But as a streamer, minor roadblocks lie ahead.
Twitch has changed for the worse… Previous years when I have watched pro-play tournaments I have never ever had ads during the stream. Now the show pauses all the time to show annoying ads.
I watch KiddNation channel every day and get so frustrated because while they are talking it constantly freezes or starts buffering so I miss what they are saying! It happens ALOT! And it's not my internet connection. I don't have this problem on any other sites and am literally sitting on top of my modem!
I think what makes Twitch TV so great is the fact that it features hot girls playing WOW, RIFT, GW2, and all of the other MMOs out there. They survive off of donations and gifts to the girls who let you watch them play. I'm not sure exactly how much money these girls get to make off of these types of shows, but it seems like it can be quite a bit. http://www.twitch.tv/legendarylea/c/******* She gets like 60,000 viewers when she is online so if even a fraction of them donate or buy an item off of her site then she makes some money. Love this site and we should all support hot blonde girls playing video games in their underwear.
As an active duty military member working all sorts of hours, I normally drink 5-6 monsters a day. Once I get home I start playing BO4 with friends all around the world. Gfuel allows me to be able to do that without the crash. I was watching Foxygranpayt on twitch and he was drinking it. Told me about it so I figured I would try it. I stopped drinking monsters and I feel great. I've even got my brother and another Navy vet to give it a try.
Lately you watch almost as much advertisements as content of a streamer, they pluage the vieuwers that want to watch new streamers, if you dont pay subscription on all the channels you will be bombed by advertisements.
Its a shame really add were for helping people get known, but today you get only a handfull of advertisements over and over and over again. Its become obnoxious really i hate the companies that advertise now
I have been on twitch now for few mouths and i have to say great website as the people are lot nicer and very friendly then people / streamers on younow who are rude and not so friendyat all and bunch of pedos and sex up freaks as well so i would recommend it for any one
I have sent numerous emails and have i have not recieved feedback on my payout. This is unacceptable as you are sitting with my funds and ignoring my emails. I want my money asap! Your service is very unprofessional. I have not had a issue before but this year i have not been able to get my funds. I had to redo the registration 2x and still no response. Have this issue remedied before the end of this week.
In fact the service is not only about games, its some times interesting conversations with people from all over the world and can even be a bit educating. On the other hand - lots of hate. Welcome
It's really great, there's a great variety of content! However, I'm kinda disappointed that older streams are getting deleted. We can never see them again, what a shame!
I like this site for satisfying my physical needs - if you know what I mean. There are always some very well endowed girls to be seen there to help me take care of business.
I love TWITCH but--
Often viewers will stop and look to see what a streamer is showing via the short videos they produce and upload. Twitch has taken this away from the new streamer with the requirement that you must have partner or affiliate status before they can upload videos to Twitch. Twitch please give back the Video Upload feature to the new Streamers!
I just want to say that I love this company. Its flavors are great, and selection is even greater. The support it gives to gamers is amazing, and I cant be more proud to say that I will always support GFUEL! GAME ON!
Answer: Mixer is like Twitch, I have no real experience with them though.
Answer: It is a legit company. Why would you think otherwise?
