I had a very negative experience with TuneCore, especially regarding subscription cancellation. There is no clear or accessible way to cancel; they do not provide a direct contact method to resolve it. The information on how to do it is confusing and frustrating. I ended up having to block the charges directly through my bank because there was no other way to stop the billing. This kind of service is unacceptable and urgently needs improvement.
Used them for original music and they were very efficient at helping to publish music to various places like iTunes & Amazon and getting royalties due.
