New life for old fantastic amp.

Mr Jimmy loves Tube Depot. Tube Depot had the parts needed to renew old fantastic amplifiers.
It is easier to order selected tubes and matched sets, than to have to source them yourself.
Shipping is quick. Cool TubeDepot stickers!

Amazing service

Always amazing!

Last year when I started shopping with TubeDepot their local city got hit by a large snow storm. They reached out to let me know that my order wasn't going to be picked up since no shipping companies were running for a few days - Great Communication!

Recently got to call in and Michelle helped me with my order. She had to dig into an out-of-stock issue and called me back within minutes. Great Customer Service!

Tracking is a nightmare, but they did reach out and the tube did arrive well packaged. I have yet to try it out as it arrived quite cold from our current weather.

We apologize for any confusion with your order. The email that you received stating that your package shipped on the day you ordered it is the email that is sent to all USPS customers with shipping delays. Yes Monday was a holiday and the post office did not run, but this delay issue with USPS has been in effect since 2020. We have the following notice posted in two places on our website regarding the issue: Friday, Janurary 7,2022 - Holiday shipping and the recent covid spike have overwhelmed the USPS distribution centers around the US, especially in Memphis. With USPS services, you can expect delays and missed origin scans through the new year. Many USPS shipments are not being scanned at all. If your order is time sensitive, use UPS or FedEx instead of the free shipping option. Prior to that notice there have been updates that date back the issue to 2020 and can be found here: https://tubedepot.com/pages/a-note-on-usps-delaysWe apologize for the inconvenience and highly recommend placing a new order with upgraded shipping if you need the item in a hurry. We will offer a full refund on the product that is in transit once we receive it and will also pay for shipping to get it back to us.

I ordered to pairs of tubes recently, one was in stock and arrived quickly. The other one seemed like was going to take a bit longer, and since I was already second guessing the tubes I had chosen, I asked if I could exchange my order for different tubes that they already had in stock. Michelle helped me switch the order and they have already been shipped! Hopefully my AC10 will sound a bit better now

Outstanding Service

Tube Depot is an ideal way to explore tube audio. I'm enjoying my Tube Depot single ended triode (SET) amplifier TubeCube 7, occasionally swapping the few tubes it uses.

Exceptional Customer Service!

I had an issue with the tubes I ordered not working correctly in my amp and tried replacing for the same brand and they also did not work. I ended up having to return for a totally different brand. Although it was frustrating to have to go through this, the customer service reps (Michelle, Jack and Krista) worked with me through the entire process and made sure I was taken care of. Stellar service and performance from you all!

I had received two 8BN8 vacuum tubes that were defective. The bulbs of both tubes were discolored on the interior. The tubes were promptly replaced by TubeDepot.

I needed a new 12AY7 for an aging LD Microphone and went back to my trusted source: Tube Depot. (I bought my first one about 10 years ago from them as well.) Fast turnaround on my order and quick delivery. I got the tube safe and sound, installed it in the mic, and am back up and running. Love this mic; it's a knock-off from China, but still sounds great for VOs and virtual sessions.

One of the nine pin socket Savers I ordered was missing the little screw and nut. Sent an email to TubeDepot to inform them. They replied right away and sent out a replacement. Been very happy with my orders (Packaging, shipping and quality of tubes).

Terrible customer service and shipping

I was informed after paying for shipping my package hadnt even been scanned in after a week of waiting for some capacitors that it would probably be another 2-4 weeks before I would receive my package I made an order from another company the same day that offered free shipping and that order has already been received so I called that company back today (tubes and more) they shipped my capacitors out same day if tube depot cant gaurantee shipping or that you will even receive your package they shouldnt be shipping anything to anyone until they can get secure shipping this is rediculous funny one company can ship for free and send in a timely manner tubes depot charges for shipping and cant even give u a delivery date lesson learned I'll be using tubes and more from now on tubes depot is a terribly managed company

Just got off the phone with Michelle from Tube Depot. She was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I had already purchased from them previously (online), but this time I needed some information on an out of stock tube. Long story short, Michelle recommended a limited stock tube they had, that was essentially the same tube for less than 1/2 the cost of the out of stock tube. Very happy customer.
