I signed up for TSN+ ($8/month) believing it included everything airing on TSN's channels. The sign-up page never clearly explained that the streaming service does NOT include all TSN content. That information is buried in fine print, only visible after you've entered payment details. Within hours (less than half a day) of signing up, I realized my mistake and asked for a refund. TSN refused, blaming me for "not reading the terms and conditions." No exceptions, no grace period, no customer care. The whole experience feels deliberately misleading. If you're thinking of subscribing, be aware: TSN+ is a partial service with no refund policy, even if you cancel right away.

About 6 days ago their site advertised the 4 nation hockey tournament so I bought a subscription. When I tried to watch it today, it's no longer there, called them and was told too bad, not their fault. No refund. Crooks

I was automatically renewed and I contacted them. They did not reverse the charge. Never had this happen before. I contacted them on the day of the autorenew.

I've had interference three times in two months and support is useless. They wouldn't even extend my subscription for at least another week. That's how cheap they are. There should be laws against companies like this who couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. All the greedy pigs want is your money

Everytime i try to watch something it says that my internet is unstable! I have to call in and trouble shoot EVERYTIME. This last time they told me it just won't work because xbox is not supported, I need a smart TV. TSN has decided that if you can't afford the lasted technology I am not worthy to watch sports. I am too poor to travel or do concerts, I just want to watch CFL for a little enjoyment but TSN has announced that if I don't come up with money to buy a smart device then I am too poor to enjoy even this for recreation! Clearly they are the spawn of a oppressive Trudeau government, stomping on those at the bottom!

A waste of money. What kind of network leaves you hanging for 2 game 7s in the nba playoffs. $22 wasted!

I purchased the subscription when I saw NHL live, I didn't realize they didn't have the rights to stream the playoffs. When I contacted them 10 minutes after they absolutely refused to give me a refund. Saying "we have strict policies to work within, it is in the terms and conditions you agreed to when subscribing" I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with pissed off customers. I will never be using TSN and most certainly will be telling everyone in my path how pathetic this company's structure is. I will also be spacing myself from any sister companies as I've noticed a very similar experience.

I have written in before regarding this commentator. Sofie's speech is jerky, broken, and she talks way too much! She was not a huge star to begin with, didn't make much prize money and retired a while ago. Her voice is dull, and mundane, Please consider Sofie for other commentating jobs but not women's tennis thank you

I purchased a subscription to TSN to watch one sports event. I found their interface difficult to navigate. Cancelling at the end of the month was a nightmare. Why not just have a cancel button? Lastly, send an email before renewal.

$21 for a month. I bought only to watch March Madness. Site wouldn't play the sweet sixteen games. Get an error message that my internet isn't working. Of course every other device in my household had no internet issues. Not only that but TSN's direct competitor, SportsNet, was working without issue. I reach out to their help chat and ask for a partial refund because their service isn't working. Obviously they say no. Absolute dog sh*t service and company. Not surprised what so ever that they're related to ESPN. Bunch of jokers running that company. Embarrassing.

Why is the Miami Open 2024 blacked out tonight? Been watching all week and now Ladies semifinal on and can't watch it. Not happy

The only good thing about your commercials is when I see 4 ads in the bottom corner of the screen, I know I have time to leave the room to rinse the coffee mug or use the washroom. NOT ONLY am I subjected to them but they won't even play and get off my screen so I can get the information I WANT!
I detest your "new" 1/3rd screen platform - I want "full wide screen" videos.
In fact, I am using Sports Net more often now - because "IF" there is a commercial at all - it's only 15 seconds.
Video highlights are better, interviews are better and I don't have to use the washroom as frequently!

TSN calls it self the home of NASCAR and did not show either race on the weekend. NASCAR is the only reason I got TSN,will cancel subscription if this keeps up.

Bought it to watch NASCAR, apparently TSN no longer broadcasts live NASCAR races so I'm canceling, what a waist of time & money!

4 out of 5 stations blacked out the other NBA Dallas against Cleveland. I don't care if it's licensing rights or whatever excuse you use. I'm paying good money for nothing!
