The drivers were wonderful!

The drivers were wonderful! Communication with them was easy and they even carried the bed into the house for us. Communication overall was pretty good, although I would suggest having a tracking function on the website so customers can track purposes, especially since there is no way to reach anyone during the weekends. I would definitely recommend using Transit Systems!

Please know TSI is a broker for shipping your items. They will contract out to one or more trucks/companies for delivery. I was very please to have all 3 Antiques delivered in great shape-no damage. However, they changed trucks at least twice.

Steve Sergeant has helped me with 3 separate shipments that could have made other people go wacky. Through it all, he was patient, pleasant, and most of all professional. Overall? I would say he's a terrific communicator and it showed in every single instance, in every phone call and email. Any drivers I've had contact with were consistently pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend Transit Systems to anyone who needs their items shipped, small or large, or in-between as I've had all of these shipments.

The movers were very courteous, helpful and handled everything with care when they picked up items.
Unfortunately, approximately at least 60 percent of items were cracked or broken even though they were wrapped in bubble wrap individually and protected with towels, blankets etc for protection. All items shipped belonged to a 99 year old lady and all held many memories (including a number of ceramics handmade by family in Italy). All packing boxes were marked Fragile on all four sides. So many memories destroyed between California and Texas.

Our moving process with TSI went very smoothly. We moved just boxes this time from NC to CA. The customer service I received from Kathy Temple was very professional. She was courteous and answered all of my questions thoroughly in multiple phone calls and emails. She provided documents and explanations in a timely manner and made the process less stressful for us.
The pick up agents did not call or come for our items during the arranged window but were two hours late. But the delivery company called the day before delivery and showed up just as scheduled. Our items were all in good shape on arrival.
Thank you TSI for a good moving experience.

It has taken me almost a year to cool down from this horrible experience. My advice is - read the fine print. Then read it again. Do not take a phone conversation as a commitment. Everything must be documented in writing. Pickup was late. Delivery was late. Cost was more than quoted because the person who booked the shipment told me delivery was workable on an evening or a weekend. Not true. Shipment was held hostage for yet more money to deliver when my son was available which was not during his work day. I would never use this company again. Ever.

TSI was the most difficult and aloof company I have ever worked with. At every phone call the customer service rep was short and belittling with me. They have no system of telling you when your package is going to arrive at its destination as their tracking system is apparently inaccurate according to one rep I spoke with. Beyond that they'll hold your package at one of their distribution facilities without ever telling you where it or when it'll be leaving. My package was held at a facility in LA for three days doing absolutely nothing before they even called to schedule a delivery date. Chances are, I want my package delivered as soon as it gets to it's destination,TSI. This company is full of excuses and claims 'act of god' whenever things are taking longer than they should be. If you can find any other company for long distance large shipments I highly recommend you go there first.

I was most pleased to find your company on the internet since I did not want to deal with the traditional 'whole house movers'.
Your employees were very thorough, courteous, and efficient.
So far I have liked everything about the way you do business, from estimate of weight to the idea that it will be adjusted either up or dow as a fairness to both parties. I appreciated the explanation of just how the move is made and what to expect in relationship to delivery of the goods. Terrific job, so far.

Carol Tract is wonderful to work with, I've used TSI multiple times and always they have delivered and done a i would say the area that could use improvement is on the delivery side. The communication is great but i would like to see the same follow through once an agreement is made to move a shipment until its delivered. Maybe e-mail updates with location and status and eta every couple days. As it stands now you have to call and ask for updates. Just throwing ideas out there, as to where you could improve from a customer service perspective.

TSI was great for my small move

TSI was great for my small move. I only had one piece of furniture and 4 boxes that I needed moved across the country and I could not find any other option for this price. They did an excellent job and even moved a glass top for me with no damage at all!

I hired TSI to move a piano that has tremendous sentimental value for my family, after having a very poor experience with another company. TSI's communication and customer service were both excellent, and they take great care to move a delicate and bulky item carefully. I would 100% hire them again. Thank you!

I have never left a bad review in my life, however, I must warn people against using TSI Shipping services.

Beware of their white glove service which they up-sell for an extra $500 promising a professional moving crew will wrap and prepare your furniture-type items for transport. This was not my experience. When the movers arrived, they claimed they were in too much of a rush to wrap my furniture items and promised they would handle preparing the furniture when they got back to the warehouse. This did not happen. My items arrived 3,000 miles away, unwrapped and damaged.

Every company has a bad day, so things happen, but despite my efforts to come to a reasonable solution, TSI has yet to remedy the situation. I am not asking for much - only a refund for the white glove service, which was not provided.

My first time shipping furniture across the country. Steve Sergeant was a great help and made the process so easy. I was updated every step of the way. Shipments from Central Illinois to L.A. And Dallas arrived on schedule and without any damage. I would recommend Transit Systems.

Aside from a lack of information for what the procedural steps are at the start, the service was great & all items were delivered intact. I would only recommend the sales person make sure the operations person contact the client after accepting the job, confirm in writing the job is in process & detail how the process works for those who don't understand it fully. Residential customers would be less inclined to understand the nuances of the process without guidance & explanation because it's definitely different than a traditional moving company

Your customer service is excellent. Everyone I spoke with was polite and accommodating. Mike was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I wanted to get my package out today and he made it happen.

Guys who packed up and guys who delivered on receiving end were fantastic. Everything came in one piece. Was a little pricey but I guess that's what it costs to ship antiques from FL to NY. Great experience. Was happy to get this part of a move accomplished without a headache.

Minor hiccup in the beginning, but quickly resolved. Overall, we are glad we chose TSI, they truly care about their customers and they made sure to check in with us throughout the whole process and were able to ship our stuff within the promised time frame.
