I was not completely happy with the pick up and drop off. I was told driver would call 30 minutes prior to pick up (that was NOT done). I was told someone would call 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery time/day (that was NOT done). I ended up calling to check on the status of the mattress and accidentally found out it was scheduled for delivery same day and I was not prepared and ran around trying to get help. Also, I was over charged for the mattress/box spring. The weight on the estimate was not the actual weight of the items. When I brought it to Philips attention he didn't do anything about it and shined me off. I know price is based on weight and if he had adjusted the weight the price would have gone down but he did not do that. When I called him upset about not getting a 24 hour notice before delivery he blamed it on the delivery company and didn't seem very interested in resolving the issue. I don't feel like I got what I paid for and I overpaid. I don't think I will be using this service again.
Customer service is prompt, attentative, friendly, and efficient. All those I spoke to were quite helpful, knowledgeable and were excellent reprentatives for TransitSystems.

I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by Transit Systems. It was picked up on time, and then, no communication. I had chosen White Glove service. No information on when it was picked up (my renter called me from my rental property where it was picked up from to inform me). Then I called TS a week later, besides emailing them to learn what was going on. A rep wrote to me telling me that they will update me. Thereafter they gave me a tentative date, which was 7 days from that day. 10 days later, still no news. Called up again, and then was told that it would arrive another 10 days later. And then I found they had my phone number wrong. Of course the lady told me they will immediately inform the transport people.
Next 10 days, no news. The delivery guys arrived at my door step today afternoon (20th Aug 2015) unannounced. The number they had was wrong and was never rectified.
And the refrigerator was damaged. There are numerous tennis ball size dents all over.
Not a happy customer.
Delivery was late and I paid extra for expedited service i paid an extra $350 for a late delivery I need to be refunded at least that or I will go to the BBB about it please call me to set up the refund as soon as possible
Extremely disappointed for several reasons. 1st our mattress boxes were scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday, 11-6-18 between 2:00-6:00 PM. No one ever showed up and we received no calls. After hours attempting to get ahold of someone we finally were able to speak with a dispatcher of the logistics company that was hired by TSI the next day who said that the truck went to a different address but no one called us. Finally our boxes were picked up on the afternoon of Wednesday, 11-7-18 which put us late for our departure from California. It took several calls and emails to finally get a response from Jessica, the representative of TSI who had no resolution for this situation.
Once our mattresses arrived to our destination, the boxes were destroyed and a fork lift had actually ripped open one of the boxes and went through the top of one of our mattresses. The driver took pictures and so did we. We called Jessica and expressed our anger and we were told that we did not have insurance. When we told her that we were never offered insurance she stated that she couldn't recall that conversation and that was her fault but there was nothing she could do at this point. We asked to speak with a manager and per Jessica, her manager, Adam told her this was her mistake and that she needed to deal with it. It is now 2 weeks later and after several requests we have NO communication from management and Jessica is only able to refund the shipping cost. We now have a $2,000 damaged mattress that they will not assist in replacing even though this was Jessica's lack of capability of offering insurance to her customer.
I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the overall customer service, transparency and quality of service I received, especially for the price I paid. I was told that a courtesy call would not be guaranteed, and that it would be an upgrade of $250 for the pickup destination and an additional $250 for the drop off location. TSI outsources the actual shipping to local companies, and provides no transparency on tracking and shipping ETAs; I would have to contact them every time I wanted an update on my mattress shipment. On top of that, I was given an estimated 7-10 days for end-to-end delivery; it was delayed over a weekend reaching my destination, and the shipping company admitted they made a mistake with scheduling my delivery which meant I was without a mattress for an additional 7 days. Through all of that TSI made zero effort to correct for these errors (I had an issue with the pickup as well). Given my experience I do not recommend using their services. There are many other cross-country shipping options that have better customer service at more reasonable prices (I even had a significantly better experience shipping through Greyhound).
Phil was the rudest person I've spoken to ever. He gave me a $1,500 price quote for 17 boxes and told me to call UPS he's very rude and horrible representation of TSA moving Company.
I put my request in on a Sunday and have received communication that m request wa received and that I would receive my quote by 1st thing Monday morning.
As this is my first time utilizing Transit Systems and I am just at the step of getting a quote, I can only comment on the ease & speed of this company, which is definitely 5 star.
I believe the company is dishonest. I was given a quote which was based on a negotiation. I carried all of my 7 boxed down the steps for the pick up driver, who BTW, was a very nice hard working man, and I tipped him well. I later received a call to add money to my shipment of 7 boxes, or they would hold hostage and charge me storage fees. Additionally, the day of promised delivery (which I was renting a storage area to receive it while at work), was nearly 2 weeks late. Finally, I got a call about the phone number of the facility I listed, and had to google for the woman the phone number. Then she indicated that they needed a fork lift to take the boxes off, because they had bundled them together. I told her I shipped my boxes and labeled them separately, and their bundling onto a crate would mean they would have to put them back to individual boxes. IN THE END I PAID $135 DOLLARS PER MEDIUM, SMALL, AND LARGE BOXES...and they were very late. Don't believe their quotes or delivery times. Use Greyhound.

I checked with many carriers. Not only does Transit Systems have the best price, but the service so far has been truly five star.
We had a Grandfather Clock shipped from Maine to Alabama. It was the best price and the service could not have been better. All very professional.
