I triple checked the weight of my shipment as three pieces weighing 50,55 and 65lbs/ That totals 170lbs. Oddly, your invoice claims a weight of 215lbs. So, we look forward to the weigh in upon arrival. It was not raining when it was picked up. I was there.
That is a substantial discrepancy.
The delivery of the furniture was extremely poor.
Not only was it not delivered within 20 business days but the movers refused to put the furniture in place and left them in the entry.
Very disapointing
I was very pleased with the care the movers took to remove the antique piano from the basement. It was a complicated move; the piano very heavy and the curve to the stairs small so it was an engineering feat to maneuver but the three men did it after several tries. They were beyond professional in their manner and in the care they took with the piano.
The response to my quote request was quick and easy to understand. The individual that I dealt with, Cullen Lefchak, was pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable. His explanation of of the services, charges and insurance was clear and easy to understand. Your company is very responsive and very customer focused.
The only real complaint I have is that i wasn't contacted when the shipment arrived. I had to call and write a few emails before they realized it had arrived at the local shippers and still needed to be delivered to me. Someone dropped the ball at the receiving end. I feel that if I hadn't called or written, I would still be waiting for it.
Communications with TSI was good, but communications with Plycon, the firm that actually picked up the furniture and delivered it was not as good. It also took too long, in my opinion, for delivery to take place after the pickup. With this said, I would not hesitate to contact TSI again should I need a shipment to be made.
We were more than satisfied. My mother was shipping a metal etagere with glass shelves to me. The quote was done quickly, and our questions answered by a very helpful employee. The piece was picked up timely (actually the guys came a bit early!) and packed better than we could have! The piece arrived when I was told it would, and the employees brought it in, unpacked it and set it up and cleaned up! Couldn't be happier.
Great customer service on the phone initially and the pick up went perfectly. Then not good. Called TSI to track the shipment after 5 days and was told it had been dropped off to another shipper and the new shipper had been calling me--they hadn't. Called the shipper and they couldn't find my shipment by the tracking number from TSI. Seems it was changed. They found the shipment, confirmed they had not called me because they were passing it on to yet another shipper because where TSI had dropped it, they didn't serve the delivery area. He kindly gave me the name of the company they were going to pass it along to and the newly assigned tracking number. I spoke with the third shipper this morning and he stated they infrequently come to the delivery area but will make a trip next week.

My delivery was s textless 3 times, the first two cancelled at the last moment (evening before at 5 pm) after I had taken off work. This was very inconvenient & unnecessary since the items hadn't been moved to the Massachusetts at that time: Drkuvert service knew but fidn't Call until the last minute. Otherwise, service wS good.
I believe the quote I requested was for White Glove Service & I received a quote for Economy. Also, I thought it was odd that I received an email thanking me for getting the quote & a discount coupon to give friends before actually receiving the quote.
The customer I had for this quote changed their mind and isn't making the purchase, I'll try you guys again, and we'll see how it goes next time...
I was told that it was a white glove delivery... It was not. Everything was dropped off unassembled and unwrapped... The receiver had to hire someone to help him lift the top half of the armoire onto the base. I contacted Diane... She never got back to me. I am in the furniture business I ship all over the nation I will never recommend you and I will never use you again!
I had to ship a couple pieces of furniture from one state to another while being across the country. TSI provided the solution and when I couldn't get confirmation from the recipient of the items arriving, TSI was able to provide me the name of the person who accepted the items. Later I was able to verify with the recipient that the items arrived safely. I'm glad I engaged TSI for transport and would do so again if needed.
In Ca. The 2 two men were WONDERFUL. The answered all our questions, wrapped our furniture with blankets, were very Professional. The men who arrived in Toledo were in a BIG hurry, They brought the boxes in a hurry, the box marked 16 had been upside, and when open many glasses were broken I received from my wedding. I took pictures.
I was told pick up was jun18 no show no call I called someone rude told me we pushed you back to Tuesday I informed the rude girl I wasn't going to be in ca Tuesday! What do I do with my stuff! Placed me on hold for 30 min then disconnected called back and office is closed for weekend! What am I suppose to do with my boxes!
I actually arranged two shipments. The one challenging aspect of things was the communication flow with the pickup and delivery dispatchers. It was complicated at my end by the fact I was doing this part of the time out of state from the pickup location and so had given out both my home landline and my cell phone number. In hindsight maybe I should have stuck with just my cell phone number.
It was scary to pay TSI before they had done anything for me. However, they kept their word, and everything worked out really well. I am very impressed with this company.

The process worked exactly as described by TSI personnel. My only suggestion would be to provide an internet-based method for tracking the shipment's progress.
So far so good. Anticipate a successful shipment. Person I dealt with via email (Kathy) was efficient, quick response and able to answer all questions.
Price was right for the service I needed, it would have cost me three times as much to use a more traditional mover. However, not all of my belongings survived the trip.

Answer: From what I can tell, a scam. They charged me $2000; confirmed a pickup date, and didnt show up. Since then they've been dodging calls and emails.
