The chairs were packed at pick up but framed art was not. I was told it would be packed later. I was given a delivery date and waited for four hours and nothing occurred so I called and was informed that the framed art had been damaged and needed to be repaired. I received the delivery about a week later. I was not given a phone call regarding the delay.
Worst customer service! Driver changed pick up times and dates 3 times! Our grandfather clock was supposed to be delivered around the 14th of July, and we started calling on the 27th to find out where it was, and no one returned our phone calls! I finally emailed the company to let them know we were going to report it stolen! Do not use this company!
I did not have a great experience. The mover was supposed to pack the china and I paid for this service. When the mover showed up they said they would not back the china and my mom had to scramble to pack the china with materials she had on hand. A few pieces got broken as a result.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from TSI. The cost was equivalent to other quotes I received. The only issue I had was the lack of communication on my end. I was given a date for delivery and then did not hear from anyone again until they were a half hour away. Did not realize I could not reach TSI over a weekend for a Monday delivery. On the plus side my furniture arrived in perfect condition much faster than I expected
Customer service is prompt and courteous. However the shipment took much longer to arrive than I was told. After the date passed the expected arrival date and my shipment still hadn't arrived the carrier made an appointment for delivery. As of today the delivery is overdue again and i still have not received my shipment. This service has proven to be unreliable and I will not be using TSI in the future.
When I interacted with folks, everyone was very nice. That being said, my belongings didn't arrive until 6 or 7 weeks after they had been picked up. When they were picked up, I told y'all that they couldn't arrive at my new apartment before a certain date (2 weeks from when they were picked up). The person I talked to didn't tell me that that completely reset my month timeframe to start at the date they couldn't arrive before. I only found out when I called once it had already been a month. I was not happy that that was not communicated beforehand, nor how long it took. I had to buy multiple items to hold me over until all of my belongings arrived. Unfortunately I will not be using your services again, nor will I be referring you to anyone.
I was very happy with the service provided by TSI. I needed to have only one piece of furniture shipped from point to point across country and I was able to arrange everything with one telephone call. The price was reasonable and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. If given the chance I will work with TSI again in the future.
Movers were efficient and very competent, even when they had to remove and replace a door in order to move our antique desk. They wrapped it extremely well and delivered it intact. We were very pleased.
Carol is the best at what she does.
She handled us with such ease and care. Though the driver was late we appreciated his help and he took the time to explain everything to us.

I value of the service appears to be good. However, I was told by Natalie who was extremely helpful yesterday and the Terms and Conditions state that the freight will be weighted and the cost is based purely on the weight. When I asked Phillip today, whom I found to be curt and not very helpful about the weight, he indicated that the boxes are not weighted that they ship too much stuff every day and they know the weight of the boxes. How then is the cost based on the weight if the boxes are not weighted. I think this is misleading. My boxes are half full I did that purposely so that they could be lifted up.
Was given date for pick up after canceling previous date. Was told I would be called on Monday with a time and was not called. Called again and was told again I would be contacted. The truck came on day of cancellation when adult at work with client present under treatment. Teens present to help. Very inconvenient for customer. Poor communication with company, Therefore an organ stool was not picked up and will have to be sent UPS or mail.
Excellent communication. The movers were on time to pick up the furniture to be transported, and early delivery and furniture was in excellent condition. Delivery was made to the wrong house and had wrong phone number, but did get it right the second time, which is why the 4 stars. I would use TSI again.

Pricing, pre-pick up communication, and timely pick up were all excellent. However, one of the items on the pick up list was not checked and it was left behind. TSI follow-up, after being notified of the issue, was very good.
Company was supposed to pick up my items within 15 days. I called several times, and on the 3rd call and 13 days later, I wanted to cancel. They indicated that they had tried to call 4 times. Ummm, no phone calls received on my phone...so I guess not. They want to charge me $119 dollars for handling fee...really? I have contacted my credit card company and expect a full refund. Do not do business with these people!
I shipped a very expensive king-size Tempur-pedic mattress. I was told the mattress needed to be wrapped in plastic prior to pickup. I bought a king-size mattress bag from U-Haul and neatly placed and taped the mattress inside it. I was also told TSI would pick up the wrapped mattress and box it for shipping. This did not happen! The guys who picked up my mattress tore the plastic bag while on the street and dragged the mattress to the truck thereby soiling the mattress itself. When the mattress arrived, it was bent in half and rolled up in the same U-Haul plastic bag I had placed it in. It was never boxed or further protected as advertised! Plus, folding it in half and rolling it up like a cheap carpet showed how little TSI cared. It arrived completely soiled with huge tears in the plastic bag. Disgusting! I will never use TSI again.
Price was good however, the piano was damaged. The crate was sealed on all sides when it was picked up and it arrived with the crate panels off and damage to the piano. It's obvious that you dropped the crate. Will never use your services again.
Great service overall. My only recommendation for improvement is my shipment required 2 men to load and unload (king size mattress) For both the pickup and delivery only the driver was sent. I had to help both of them load / unload my shipment.

Answer: From what I can tell, a scam. They charged me $2000; confirmed a pickup date, and didnt show up. Since then they've been dodging calls and emails.
