Ordered a sweatshirt that didn't match the picture at all—looked fuzzy but was shiny. The print was also blurry. My son didn't like it, so I wanted to return it. I contacted them immediately, and they would not allow me to return it. I would never order from an online retailer that doesn't stand by its products like this one.
The shirts they sell are Low Quality and sizes run very small. They do not offer refunds and if you need a replacement the shipping costs are all on you. I bought a women's Large and the sent me a men's crew neck size large and it was way too tight. I'm not a big woman but I like to buy my T shirts a size Larger just in case it shrinks. They're size Large is more like a small. Complete waste of money and time. Shipping is slow and customer service sucks.
First time order in this website but accidentally order the wrong size, I left a message and asked for help, then they responded really quick, contacted me right away. They sent me a replacement shirt of the correct size. It turned out that I don't have to return my wrong size and still receive the new fit Tshirt - just paying the shipping fee. (Then the worng size I'll give it to my bro, lol, good bargain: v) I'm really satisfied and happy with my new correct size Tshirt. First impression and experience was nice! Totally worth it.
