Absolutely ridiculous. Just spent 20 mins on that site only to get asked for $23 for one spectacular deal or $28 for some other wonderful deal. So pissed off
I have been a member of their site for a few months. I have been blocked out by them and attempted many, many times to resolve this. I sat on hold today for 34 minutes and no one ever came on. I tried again on my way home from work - 28 minutes NO ONE ANSWERS. Nothing like paying for a service you can't use. I'd cancel, but until they clear it up, I can't even login. It says I'm attempting to login on a new device, but it's the same device, the only device I have used. Internet companies with $#*! Ball customer service need to pay the price.

Deceptive tactics to keep you on the sire and wait for a bogus drama being developed. Constant lies about the report being almost ready. However, they collect information from you while making the reports. I analyzed site javascript -- there is no actual record search, they just showing a designed visual script. The information is false and useless.

Way too expensive for the minimal and shallow info received! No specific dates on timeline and information was very vague and inconclusive.

When I saw that I was on the government watchlist I was concerned. For about a minute until I realized the they tell everyone this so that a certain amount of people will pay them for more complete information.
This is a scam and should be illegal. They are using fear tactics to get money. Should be illegal.

I entered my information as prompted and was very disappointed at Truthfinder's preliminary results, which showed that I lived in 4 cities that I never did. It did accurately state the name of my wife and one city that I lived in. As I proceeded it informed me that I am on the US Watch List compiled by the FBI and other intelligence agencies, which is false. I have flown internationally many times in the last 5 years without any trouble or undue scrutiny. They also said that I have an extensive criminal record, which is absolutely false. I have never been arrested for any crime. Don't waste your money on these folks who promise a lot but fail to deliver. Robert M

I'm not angry at thruthfinder... they're a bullsh*t website with a bullsh*t sales pitch and a bullsh*t product. I'm angry at the emailer for this crap, in my case, Headline Wealth, who uses their email list to send their clients "sponsors/services of interest" which if Truthfinder is any example, is a great reason to cut Headline Wealth loose altogether.

Truth finder has no basis in truth whatever! Did a background check on my disabled son whom which I know has no criminal history of any kind and it came back with claims of
Being included in government watch lists and prior arrests. The only accuracy contained in his report was his name and that of mine and my husband. Don't waste your time or money! If you want a accurate background check I suggest you contact the police department in the county in which the individual lives. Wish I could've given zero stars... this company is truly a scam!

0 stars. Scammers me out of money & ideas never able to get a report. They sent an email saying they credited my account. But they never credited me or gave me access to the report. Even after several attempts & conversations.

I tested truthfinder.com with name and age of a person I have known for decades. Truthfinder presented the names of several of his relatives then said tat he and them are all criminals. After a long and tedious process the site asked for my personal identifier information without presenting the charge for the service. This criminal mafia should have been taken of line many years ago

To their credit, this company refunded me the extra charges for the second month.

When I signed up they gave me a choice of one month only, three months with discounted rate, or a discounted month to month rate, so I opted for one month only, then they charge you an extra fee like $4 on top of the $29.
So far so good but exactly a month later on the 1st day they charge me again for another $29. So I emailed them many times and contacted them through their website and when they got back to me with email saying your subscription is canceled and they didn't refund me the extra charge for the new month the said enjoy till end of the month.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Though I was able to access some useful information, it's NOT WORTH IT! Such as sex offendes in the person's geographic area, useless or ppl that may be associated with, which if the person (s) your looking up might own a business so you end up with 100's of pages that have NO SIGNIFICANTS to the information you're seeking.

I ordered to check a background check on someone I know. They have an extensive criminal record that is easily accessible and nothing was listed. Not reliable at all.

They lead you to many pages giving thrills of the 'so called' shocking truth'. They even tell you too many inaccurate scary info like 'Government watch list', criminal records and etc. Don't be fooled by this site!

I did not give my credit card no. Because it felt wrong. I had responded to a teaser that i got in an email. Now they keep bothering me me using pop ups. That way i had no e mail address to give the FTC when i filed my complaint. The pop ups are getting towards LIBEL AND SLANDER.

I signed up for Truth finder for ONE review my own. I only signed on to get a home I specifically said I only want it for a one time use and that I did not want a membership. They have charged my Credit Card 3 times I sent them an email and this was their reply "We have cancelled your account, but we are unable to refund your payments due to pending chargebacks"
