When I see a Trustpilot logo I don't use the advertising company. If a company uses Trustpilot to indicate it cares about it's customers I believe it doesn't. A trustworthy company doesn't need a scam review company.
They deleted both my negative comments about bad e-shopy. They wrote that if you Don't agree, you can contact them.
But there is no chance to revolver your comment. They don't write why they deleted it. Only that their software think your comment Is not ok.
Scam site.
3 months ago I reviewed facebook market to alert people of the rooms/houses scammers, posting all over the place. I also reported this matter to the email I found on the Gov website, alongside with the email conversation from a lady who tried to scam me with an apartment. A couple of days ago, I was reviewing something else and I found out that, out of the blue, Trustpilot blocked my account. I got in touch to ask explenation and they said my facebook review, from 3 months earlier, could not be verified for lack of proofs which I need to send to them if I want my account to be unlocked. I was complitely shocked. I explained that has been long time since that review and I no longer possess those emails, which could have been reasonable to ask at that time and I would have been more than happy to provide. They didn't care basically. My account is still blocked lol.
I posted a negative review about working at Speedo and Trust Pilot interrogated me and basically called me a liar about my Truthful experience working at this shady company called Speedo. They should be sued in a class action lawsuit! Avoid posting anything on Trust Pilot!
Hello!
The neobux site tried to rob me but luckily either contatao skrill and or got my money back.
Who knows how many hundreds of negative reviews you have canceled on behalf of neobux
Your site must protect consumers and don't help sites like neobux.com derubare people.
I left an honest review of hyperoptic with a ticket number (what hyperoptic give you) but my review was flagged I was ask to supply more information which I did but even though I had the proof they removed my review. If you pay you can have a 5 star only reviews as demonstrated on YouTube with a product that didn't exist
Treasure coast bullion group company scammed lots of people for millions of dollars and you can't even post negative review on trustpilot, they just removing it, because of their guidelines. That's why you see only 5stars, looks like they're helping scammers.Do not trust pilot, was removed 4times
You can REALLY, see what kind of people work at a business. On how they react to positive, or not atall positive comments in a review. Regardless how well written. With possible useful advice... Or comically obtuse, ignorant, simple minded. Usually steming from a negative experiences from a single employee. The persons who wrote the review. Rarely keep that in mind. Because they feel the bad services was a somehow a personal attack from the entire business. And before lashing out a for example a waitress that gave you bad service. Before writing your review. Go back a second time. Sit in a whole new section. If you get some rude, ignorant bit#h. Which I'm sure we have all had. For a second time. Then ya let em have a dose of the truth. Cuz it hurts like a bit###.
I am a trusted certified Trusypilot reviewer.
I have posted a number of reviews on the site.
Lately, I have had a bad experience with Myhermes courier and so I posted that experience on Trystpilot. They removed it under the guise of integrity! I appealed and sent them all the evidence. I've heard nothing back.
I posted my hermes review again using a second login for Trustpilot. Exactly the same thing happened.
I've never had a review removed before so why is Hermes apparently protected?
I smell a rat. I no longer believe Trustpilot are impartial out independent.
I will not use them again.
I did a review of a blatantly fraudulent website that was scamming its customers. Weeks later Trustpilots "Review Integrity Team" removed it without any explanation. I then went to their website and spoke with one of their customer service representatives over a live chat and he basically tells me he can't do anything about it. So I take the time to write a detailed, well informed review to help people avoid getting scammed like I did and all these clowns can do is just tell me my review doesn't meet their so called "guidelines" and is deleted?
Please anyone who reads this don't bother posting reviews to trustpilot.com. Their policies are a joke and if they are going to delete reviews to protect scammers then they are no better than the scammers themselves. There are tons of alternate websites so just use another one that actually cares about the integrity of how their business is being run.
If you live in the US and want to do business with Kamera Express, you need to realize that these people in the Netherlands can easily rip you off, like they did me, to the tune of $175. I needed a replacement center support for my Gitzo tripod, and they were the only web site I found that on the net that provides Gitzo parts. The part they sent me is an amateur knockoff with an obstruction in the center tube that makes the part literally unusable. I sent them photos comparing original [on left] with the one they sent me [on right], but they refuse to repair the part, or refund me for an unusable part. The part even says "patent pending" on it. This is not a GITZO replacement part-it's a piece of garbage. Trustpilot refused my attempt to post this review. From what I'm seeing from other reviews here, I'm not alone. It does appear Kamera Express and Trustpilot are scams in cahoots, acting with intent.
I was ripped of by a salon and posted a review on Truspilot. They immediatley asked for a proof of purchase with a lot of details that does not actually exists! I did provide a receipt of my purchased and they kept asking for an invoice, I explained to them that this company provide only receipts and sent it again. They insisted they were not valid for the review. I realised soon that they charge the companies to delete the bad reviews, of course you can not report the good ones (written by the same company). It is a fraud of a website, but everyone knows by know you just need to look all over the Internet, what Trustpilot reputation is like... Nobody would buy or pay for a service based on their fake paid reviews. Trustpilot is a big fraud
Trustpilot scrubbed my review from eyes of internet readers. I a person of colour no less. Review about contabo a german hosting company. I provided supporting documentation to bolster credibility of my review of contabo. Review to date they not reinstated, and they ceased contact with me. Trustpilot ceo was contacted by I, and shown stuff and shows as CEO read my email. Abundantly clear to me, Trustpilot paid by the germans to remove my review, if not so, then contabo review shouldn't be off their site!
For months, the integrity team pressured me in editing my review of jumpto1, claiming that I needed to provide them evidence of my review. I provided them the evidence multiple times, and they decided to take my ad down because they claimed it still was not good enough for them. Basically they wanted to censor the truth. No integrity in this team.
They allow scammers to buy reviews even though it is against their policies. They allow scammers to repeatedly flag and hide the same reviews over and over again even after they are verified. They do nothing to protect the integrity of the content on their site whatsoever. I have to constantly watch my review of a fraudulent business to make sure it stays online so it can prevent people from being taken advantage of. Every day my review is offline cancer patients, people with thyroid conditions and alopecia are being taken advantage of by a grifter because they cannot find any negative reviews of this company. Trustpilot has been given a pethora of evidence. They just shrug their shoulders, say I understand how you feel and do nothing but put it back online where it can get flagged and hidden again. Sometimes almost instantly. So if you're a scammer and you want to be able to bully and harass those with legitimate grievances, Trustpilot is for you.
I submitted three negative reviews, each one after the other was taken down by Trustpilot, for the Leaf Filter. I submitted the proof each time, even recent confirmation emails from the company showing I was a current customer. The company even came out and fixed a problem I had with the product after Trustpilot denied me. Trustpilot said I could not be verified as a customer each time, even though the initial contract was sent (still within the time frame of the contract), active payments for the product were shown and a recent email from the company was forwarded to them. When I asked to speak with supervisor, they never responded.
Trustpilot representative were as follows:

Molly D (Trustpilot)

7/3/20 purchased a Sig Sauer Romeo5 rifle sight. Thought it was new, no box no warranty card, and no tork wrench. The seller said all sales are final won't allow a return. Contacting ebay is difficult(covid19).
I left a genuine poor review regarding a company, the company claimed it wasn't genuine - i submitted emails and letters confirming it was genuine - the review stayed - 4 months later same request from Trust pilot - submitted the documents again.
Fast forward to to the seam email - they are determined to remove the negative review despite me proving its genuine twice!
They are a total sham - I used to trust them but not any more
This company purports to be independent but if you publish an objective view of your experience with a company, they will publish it and then remove it at the request of the company. The company concerned will do their utmost to fix things so that only positive reviews are published and this platform colludes with the process. It seems if the company puts pressure on them and they give in. I dont think many people are aware that this independence is an illusion so if a company is honest enough to respect buyers/customers right to write about their experience the review stays on. If it isnt and it asks trusted pilot to remove it. They will. All in all, you have to be careful. This is not as objective as it would appear. When I contacted them to explain my experience was genuine and sent them proof, they still found a way to stop my review being published.
Follows companies and dont listen much to the little guy, i have proof, they just cut me off whe complaining about a company and the way they handle things, i hade to id myself to trustpilot, still when the company wanted my data i refused, trustpilot knew who i was... they just shut me down so no. Those ( Trustpilot) in my experience cant be trusted and just do stuff in their own intrest.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
