I wrote a negative review about testingmom.com LLC (because they scammed me and charged me without authorization, they are extremely dishonest people) and it gets pull down from trustpilot right away. Companies pay for these reviews to be all the time positive. In short Trustpilot is a big scam do not trust the reviews on that websites. 99% of reviews are fake, and paid for it by companies that hire truspilot.
Wrote a review and had it verified after emails from trust pilot. The review was not a good review but was completely honest and backed up by emails between myself and the company. Trustpilot emailed me to say they had informed the company that it was verified. A week later it was gone. Asked why, no answer.
Ok so here goes, you get scammed by a company... you want to write about your bad experience on somewhere people can see and know not to do business with such companies... you write on TrustPilot... your review gets pulled! Every damn time, then they try to tell you its some "automated crap" its not! Companies can pay them for likes, what good is that to a fair consumer market?
TrustPilot should be forced to rebrand to DoNotTrustPilot.
I invested in impressivearea.com due to trustpilot information which is a total scam due to fake positive reviews. Impressive area kept asking for money and don't pay out. They then ask for SDRT taxes which are never disclosed! I checked the trustpilot website and noticed they removed a detailed review from another investor who lost more money than me, which their experience sounded eerily similar to mine. They paid taxes and impressivearea claimed they got hacked. So they lost their clients money. Trustpilot took down that review. Don't believe everything you read on trustpilot. Negative reviews are removed.
Simply put - TrustPilot is not to be trusted. It is there as a billboard for companys to advertise themselves. If someone complains about a company then that company responds in kind - making themselves look good in the process and if you respond to them - then you get a warning from TrustPilot so as to give the company the final word on the matter. Very crafty really.
I posted a review of flighttrotters.ca, that they are scammers, I gave enough proofs including booking reference code for my Montreal-Mumbai round trip flight but still trustpilot doesn't trust and all of a sudden they ask more proofs and you get only 3 days to reply. I missed to reply within 3 days and they removed my review, so I made another post with more proofs including mails from flighttrotters.ca but they did the same again in two-three months. They removed it again. Trustpilot cannot be trusted and flighttrotters.ca is a scam, but if you visit trustpilot, flighttrotters.ca has 4.5 stars out of 5 but rest review website has really poor rating on flighttrotters.ca
I purchased Eargo 7 hearing aids in May of 2023. Loved them! Gave a 5 star rating on trustpilot only to have their "censor bot" remove my review. Asked them to reinstate my review but they wouldn't contact me to let me prove I was an actual customer. This is a really shady review site that seems to be shaping opinions based on their agenda.
Trustpilot is not to be trusted! They are a biased company and removed my review of Carbon38 after the company stole my money and disappeared. They also remove other bad reviews and several other people have complained about Carbon38 and their shady business practices. Trustpilot is definitely not like Google. They are biased and untrustworthy!
Trustpilot IS NOT to be trusted. They will take down valid reviews if the company you are reviewing asks them to take it down. They do not allow reviews of certain companies too. Like you cannot complain about Elgas polluting the environment to profit from a severely negative service.
I had to leave Trustpilot because they actually take down reviews! They did mines, over a company i gave a passive aggressive review over their shady business practice. They removed it to appease an over-sensitive bad business, I cant trust trustpilot if they second guess their reviewers.
I made a review on a website that was overcharging people for products and I made a review letting people know. They took it down to protect the shady company what's the point of reviews when putting one in this website just removes it? So rip customers off is the thing this site promotes.
I've made multiple orders everything's been smooth and efficient.
Am now been told it's not their responsibility and that I should take it up with my local authorities. I've been buying from www.graypaytonweed.com since January this year and have not changed plugs since.
I had a bad experience with a company called Prestige Autoworks in the UK. I wrote an honest review. Within days the review was removed by Trustpilot, they sent me an email saying my proof of having had work done by the company was not sufficient and they could not confirm the phone number of the company that I had provided. A simple Google search under the company name showed the same number I had also provided. I sent several follow up emails which were then ignored as I could see that my review had not been reinstated. Long story short, only good reviews get published by trust pilot if the company owner pays them enough.
So we have written a few reviews based on our experience with a few companies. However, we noticed That Trustpilot has been removing the reviews from one specific company (HostPlay), and to our knowledge, they may have been paid to do so. Bear in mind that the fraudulent company Hostplay is asking us to provide documents to prove that we own our logo and contents, while they allowed scammers to impersonate our website and scam innocent people. Telling us that the scamming website is like a competitor to our legitimate website with our logo and contents? TrustPilot and Hostplay are working together.
They should call the service trustbroken. Do not trust the reviews. They remove reviews that businesses pay to remove. My review was within their guidelines and they still removed it. Obviously fool.com paid trustpilot to remove my -not even so negative- review of them.
I recently posted a negative review on Trustpilot about a merchant I dealt with. A few days later it was taken down; Trustpilot said the merchant didn't believe I had been a customer, and invited me to send documents to prove it. I did so, and they re-posted the review. However, within a few days they took the review down again; they said their "software" had flagged a problem with it and asked once again for documentation. I sent the documentation again. That was over a week ago, and I've had no response.
These people are crooks and work to get paid by crooks I wrote a review on there site against scammed iPhoneimei.net they emailed to prove my statement I did right away and now my review is flagged for investigation!? Are you kidding!? They're helping these scammers get away with it :/
It's the worst review website ever. Want to express your honest opinion? No one cares. What? Your opinion is positive? Get out of here. That may mean that your review is fake and please don't even try to explain it's not! I bet a lot of people reading this know what I am talking about. That's why you came here, right, guys?
I tried to leave a positive feedback and they took it offline twice as well saying that their superdooper software indicated it as suspicious. Wait... what? I am not a paid customer, I came to say an honest thank you to a company that did a good job. And I can't do that because their stupid so-called software with artificial intelligence decided it wasn't worth it. Can you hear that? Artificial intelligence DECIDED!
Oh maybe you will stop using this bucket with bolts and start hiring real people? Who the heck needs this kind of software that's more stupid than infusoria slipper?
Trustpilot is for companies, not customers. They are scamming everyone, and vile companies use them for good reason. If you are dishonest, you'll be asking for reviews on Trustlesspilot, not any other review site. You have been investigated, the proof is out there, but we already knew you were as fake as a £3 coin!
Wrote a bad review for Richer Sounds Watford after a very bad experience instore.
Removed my review because of "no proof" even though no paperwork was exchanged and the store confirmed the "return" instore and looked up my receipt.
Completely corrupted and unbelievable, WHAT is the point if all the reviews are fixed, muscled and bribed away.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
Trustpilot has a rating of 1.2 stars from 1,106 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Trustpilot most frequently mention customer service, bad experience and integrity team. Trustpilot ranks 127th among Internet Safety sites.
