I got review from one of my IT business customers then bam got removed super fast from trustpilot because I remember i'm not one of their affiliates nor I paid for their premium services

I've written 3 HONEST reviews of websites, and 2 of them were trading websites that i KNOW to be a ripoff run by con man. I took the time to write well thought out reviews giving CONCRETE examples and trying to protect others from being ripped off. What did they do? Flag both reviews and removed them. The, I tried ONE more time and used AI to comply with their rules - and again, they removed them. They are the biggest POS on the internet in my opinion. Just the mere ridiculous 'approval' rates alone do not replicate typical bell curve responses. Oh, ok, yeah, 97% approve of your service. What a crock!

TP is censoring critical reviews, but only from their business customers! A company with a paid account can ask for personal details and if you do not want to give them, the review will be removed. Trustpilot is therefore not independent and therefore not so reliable!

Trustpilot is extremely fake now, most bad reviews get removed and they do everything to not let the review back on. Right now I'm literally been asked to provide documentation for a browse only website. Most positive reviews are very fake as well. Terrible site.

I have tried 4 times today to leave a review on trustpilot. I found it virtually impossible. Admittedly i am old and not tech savvy but it is NOT user friendly

I reviewed the site Bizay.com and was very critical of how they scammed me, took my money and did not deliver my order. I left them a review on Trust Pilot, and I don't know if they were paying Trust pilot, but my review was removed for no reason at all, even though I provided order numbers to prove my point. Trust Pilot is clearly corrupt.

Being leaving reviews for years now they have all disappeared and they say they cannot verify my identity have Facebook account excellent Experian credit file email address and they cannot identify me so I stay suspended companies that ask me to review because I am a customer I have to refuse because of their intransigent behaviour

It's quite pathetic for a review website to be such a sell out, but they are the worst. They have taken down my reviews, even after I submitted proof of my affiliation with the offending company. They just suck. They are a bunch of wankers that have no backbone and no business setting up a review website. They are very dishonest and pathetic, it cannot be said enough.

The quality is most impressing things and you can get them on time. If you buy more, you will get more discounts

It is one of the most distinctive and easy platforms that I have dealt with. Its advantages are that it cares about customers and fulfills their requests with a cheap commission

I decided to write a second review about this website as it wouldn't appear when I submitted it. Absolute disgusting company who just decide to suspend my account permanently for a reason that's not true. I basically put a good review on for TripAdvisor as I like to rate places. Later they flagged my review on TrustPilot because they thought it was for someone else. They sent me an email explaining that they may have to take my good review down if I don't confirm within 3 days. Then I filled out the survey and said it was for them. Later the content integrity team say that my accounts was suspended because apparently they thought that people pay me to put fake reviews on when I am an honest reviewer. Really angry at this. Should be called Distrustpilot or at least the appalling content integrity team who clearly abysmal at their job should be. Want this company to get a grip and get better people working with them or otherwise I just wish TrustPilot would be shutdown. Also at the end, it said please review the content integrity team by clicking on this survey. Voted 0 on everything out of 10. PLEASE DO NOT USE TRUSTPILOT! YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED KT BANNED PERMANENTLY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

First their robot system prefer negative reviews, and the positive one is very hard to get a green light. And I'm not sure the reason why our reply/comments cannot be shown in our small business page. I think this website will be a small business killer.

I put up an honest review of a shed I got put up.
Trustpilot then ask for proof etc. After submitting the steeltech shed company flagged it as false so I was then ask for more information which i provided.
Then I was told it was been talking down because it was 12 months since last contact with the shed company.
When queried they said even tho steeltech shed pays them for reviews it was nothing to do with the decision.

Trustpilot were knowingly publishing false, baseless and damaging information knowing to the damages it is causing. They have no system for ensuring whether reviews or true or with foundation or even that they are from a genuine individual. They have no system to even temporarily removing reviews whilst they are disputed. They refused to remove a review for a period of 11 days despite the fact we have confirmed to them that the review is false and baseless. They have not requested any information from us to verify any facts whatsoever. In their response to us they made baseless claim that the review was not defamatory. Even worse we respectfully requested that they provide the full legal details of the individual they claim posted the review so that we can attempt to resolve the matter and avoid the need for costly and damaging legal action. They have they refused this request.

Trustpilot claim that the reviewer is based in India. We have not had any interaction with anyone in India. We do not sell to India and we have no intention of doing so. We have never refused a refund to any customer, ever. We have no such interaction with any individual or party that relates to the claims made. We responded to the review and requested further information however predictably none was forthcoming. Therefore we know without any doubt whatsoever that. Their claims are false and baseless yet they persist in this malicious and damaging behaviour. We have informed Trustpilot of these facts however they have refused to remove the false and baseless review for 11 days.

Trustpilot falsely claim that reviews will be removed if the reviewer fails to provide proof of their claim. Sadly this is not true. Despite the fact we have followed their procedures for removing the review they refused to do so. It wasn't until extreme pressure was put on them that they finally remove the review and they failed to provide any reason.

What is even worse is that Trustpilot even threatened me with suspension if I continued to make multiple requests for removal, despite ignoring the main body of my request and failing to answer the points in my request. They have caused considerable financial damages to my business, and reputation and have caused terrible distress to me personally. Frankly I am utterly appalled at their behaviour.

They have a clear motive for their actions. You only have to look at their pricing structure to know they are targeting business with the larger companies who spend thousands with them every year.

Trustpilot allows a company to flag my legitimate review, which prompts the "content integrity team" to email me asking for verification. I quickly and easily provide this; however, they do not understand dates and what a date one year before today's date looks like.

They kept ignoring my replies and spam the same generic reply. When I ask to speak to someone else or a supervisor, they close the door and take my review down.

After sending an appeal to someone else, they confirm all my information is accurate and put the review back up.

Yet, months later, the company flags my review AGAIN and even though I reference the previous ticket numbers (which Trustpilot has access to) I'm met with the same belligerence and incompetence as before.

At this point they're likely intentionally doing this to exhaust people and waste their time. Typical of scammers.

They have refused to publish my reviews of a certain company on their site just because my reviews are bad and from genuine experience.

I wrote a review for a scam company that is under investigation by the BB and the FBI operating as a re-shipper for stolen merchandise bought on stolen credit cards.
Company called Winroze.
Trust pilot got a complaint from the company (of course) and asked me for documentation as a customer of the company.
I never received any documentation because the company is a scam and takes your money.
If they spent 5 minutes and checked out the company they would clearly see red flags like fake reviews, fake address (address is an apartment complex, but claims to be a shipping warehouse of 300,000 sq feet)
There is NO TRUST IN TRUST PILOT!
