Sent in my old Samsung phone and a month later still no payment. Now the email address no longer accepts emails. Also after doing a little searching it seems the company was founded in June 2020, so these reviews from may are all fake.
After mailing in my phone according to instructions weeks have now gone by without any contact and no payment. I've reached out to support several times only to receive no response, and ph. Number listed on website does not work. Please do not send your phone to these people. It's definitely a scam.
Mailed a phone for a friend value $440 and i have to pay back to my friend the cash. There is a guy answered my phone after i keep calling him. Said short of staff. Should we all call the police to file a report? It's kind like fraud. People doing this at this hard time. Disgusting... wish him all the bad luck in his life.
All the good reviews are fake reviews
They keep telling us payments were delayed, paypal delayed, and now the phone number and texts are not being replied. Phone and contact information doesn't work. They owe us over $400 and no way to get in touch with them. Steer clear.

No they genuinely scam you, I sent them an iPhone X, they have never paid me. They have shut down the website and support email.
So my other review seems to have disappeared. Stay far away from this company. They don't answer their emails, phone doesn't work and now the web page is down.
I sent my phone in good faith to help buy my medication but no got scammed as well as others I've seen.

It seems I too was scammed! On 6/8/20, I mailed my phone in using their shipping label. On 6/18, I emailed *******@troneks.com seeking confirmation they'd received it. They replied the same day with, "Yes we have been short on staff and apologies for the delay but yes we received it and should be process shortly." On 7/14, emailed again and it bounced back w/msg: "Permanent Error: Mailbox does not exist."
Sent them a s10 plus in great condition and haven't recieved my money. Sent 6 weeks ago and couldn't gef a response from them and now the phone number is not in service. Support email is not a valid address and website is shutdown and they say they are dealing with an issue with paypal. Its BS. Reported to BBB and they couldn't even get a response.
Sold a couple phones just sitting around in my house, I looked on the website to see if they had any value and to my luck they actually did, I was going to throw them away but decided I check online and luckily I did because they did have value.
They have had my phone for over a month. Not only is their website no longer working, neither is their support email.
DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE IN TO THIS PLACE. With so many people just doing their best to make ends meet this is just such a low blow.

I really liked the extra communication throughout the process, I had a few questions when I first started. They replied fast.
I sent in my iphone 6s for $26 AND my iphone 8 for $94 totaling up to $120 profit. I mailed it in via USPS on June 23rd, 2020 and it was delivered June 30th, 2020. I never received my payment. When you try to go to their site it says Paypal basically locked them out of their accounts so they can't pay out moneys. However, I selected to receive my payment via ZELLE, NOT paypal. I tried to email customer service and the email doesn't exist anymore. They could have AT LEAST sent the phones back. No access to the website or the email. They STOLE my iphones that I owned. ADVICE: Whenever you send ANY company your cell phones, make sure you put insurance on the mail so you can at least file a claim with the post office. TRONEKS IS A THIEF.
