It seems I too was scammed! On 6/8/20, I mailed my phone in using their shipping label. On 6/18, I emailed *******@troneks.com seeking confirmation they'd received it. They replied the same day with, "Yes we have been short on staff and apologies for the delay but yes we received it and should be process shortly." On 7/14, emailed again and it bounced back w/msg: "Permanent Error: Mailbox does not exist."
