I have over 10 sets of Triangle bikinis. The colors, prints, and fabrics are SO unique. HOWEVER,
One of my bikinis that I have worn THREE times, has completely come apart. Once I politely emailed customer service, I was told they couldn't not give me a replacement as it is not a defective issue, but that I "mishandled" my swimwear. How is wearing the bikini THREE times for tanning by the pool, misuse?
I truly loved triangl. Truly. I always looked forward to new releases, willing to spend the extra for shipping and duty charges. I even visited the Bondi store location two times when I visited Sydney.
Never purchasing again. Come to think of it, there are SO many other amazing and BETTER Australian swimwear brands! Can't wait to spend a lot of money on those companies instead!
I never review businesses however, people considering purchasing, think twice.
Beware since there is no 1 800 number or RETURN address!
I'm waiting on a damn approval code to return the suits that I bought. I contact them daily and get the same standard return email, "please be patient as we receive overwhelming amount of emails, someone will get back to you within 24-48 hrs)
It's been a month and I still haven't been able to return since there is no return address
I don't even want Rigoberto them one star but the suits are cute if they only fit

Valerie was rude. Trish was great and I was super happy she was able to help me with cancelling part of my order... But then when I decided to cancel my full order because of the ridiculous price of the suit and $20 shipping for something less than 1lb, I got Valerie... bummer. She said my order had shipped so she couldn't cancel but my order still said that it was confirmed and not even "ready" let alone shipped. So when I sent her a screen shot of that she miraculously sent me a shipping notification and update. Really sketchy how they don't have a place to review customer service on their Facebook page or on their site. Valerie was terrible and I hope for future transactions I do not have to work with her again, she was very rude after I had sent the picture and the convenience of the shipping update. If anyone is aware of a way to contact someone higher up please post here
I ordered a suit for Christmas for my niece. I received what I thought was a shipping confirmation only to learn that Triangl cancelled the shipment. Apparently, the top was out of stock. They have no estimate as to when the suit will be back in stock. When I contacted them for a refund, they have refused. They charged my credit card on Dec 13th and will not provide a refund. What kind of company is this? I have now disputed the transaction and am waiting for my credit card company to deal with them. What terrible service!
We were late to exchange a gift for a different size, and they refused to work with us. Even though the package arrived late due to covid and forest fires, they don't care. They refuse to even give a discount to buy a second piece to replace the top that is too small. This company lacks compassion for people.
Dispite what the other reviews say, the returns and exchanges are extremly easy if you just follow directions. My bikiini was too small so i put in an exchange and i got my new bikini even before the old one shipped out! Customer service is so kind. Nothing but good things to say about triangl! Not to mention the quality is AMAZING!
I am a size 10D bra and the large bikini top I ordered didnt even cover a nipple! Customer service really unhelpful. Over priced and poor quality. There's a reason they have disabled facebook and google reviews!
Returns with this company are AWFUL. I do not suggest ordering from this company at all, their products are cheap and definitely not worth the money. No one even answers the phones at the American ware house. I wouldn't even suggest giving them one full stare because this company is that bad.
I purchased the pink bandeau zip bikini in March. I haven't worn it since today. The zipper does not stay up. The zipper unzipped randomly when I was in the pool opening the whole entire top of the bathing suit. The bottoms are supposed to run true but feel so small. The bathing suit easily pills. The top of the bathing suit also has wire poking out of the top scratching my chest!
I have purchased a few suits from Triangl. Once a Rina suit, and I loved it so much. I bought two more the following week (Mica and Melrose). The customer service is so helpful when suggesting sizes. Also when I received the mica suit, the top had a weird bump in the fabric, and after talking through the 24/7 live chat and suppling pictures, the live chat customer service passed that information on the the returns department. They sent me a new top free of charge! That's good customer service! I will be buying from Triangl again.
I ordered a couple of bathing suits and waited a month for it. I frequently tracked the shipping and it seemed like it was taking a while because of COVID19, which I understood. However one day I checked the tracking on my order and it seemed like it was really close to being delivered, it was even in my town. However it send return to sender, which I was not aware of Triangl didn't even have the decency to send me an email about this I had to find out on my own, after I spent over a $100 dollars. Customer service was very nice but I am still pissed off.
I have been wanting a triangl bikini since I was 15 years old (8 years ago), but the shipping was too expensive to south africa. Finally, i ordered a bikini in January while travelling in america. I was so excited about it, when it arrived the bikini was just as beautiful as imagined, however the quality was horific. I can't believe a bikini of this cost starts to show wear after the third time? Just by tanning in it, nevermind surfing or doing something active. The stitching started to tear and the underwiring of the top poked through. I don't mind paying this price for bikinis, but then I expect good quality like Seafolly, billabong, or ripcurl. I will be writing reviews to alert others, i really hope this is something Triangl changes and works on. Beautiful, but the worst quality bikini I have ever owned.
My daughter bought a bikini worth approx £100 plus delivery at 15, but was then post purchased slammed with a duty bill of £50 which was not made apparent when she bought it apart from some small print saying duty would be due.
She is a minor and would not for a second expect for the duty to be half as much again! ( nor would i for that matter)
When questioned they passed debt to a rather unpleasant debt collector who hounded my daughter to pay... NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE!

I had such a positive experience when I ordered my blue Triangl bikini. I didn't read anything just ordered my usual size and paid. They processed the order quickly and it took a bit to get to me (about a month) but once I received it I was so pleased with the quality of the garments. When I tried on I realized the top was too small so I rechecked the site and my order and it said directly on it that the size runs small and to order a size up if wanting full coverage. I emailed the customer returns email and within 5 minutes got a response. The following day I had another question and was emailed a reponse again within 5 minutes. The customer service was absolutely incredible. I will be ordering from them again.
I bought the Ariel bikini because I saw it online and adored it. It was $119, but I decided maybe I would just treat myself. I am a 32c cup size but was torn between getting a small and medium. The size chart wasn't all that helpful. I didn't want it to be too big so I ended up ordering a small thinking that it would fit because I am a small C. They charged me $20 for shipping and then another like $5 in taxes. I received the item and the quality isn't even that nice and the top is kind of small on me. I want to exchange or return it but knowing that they'll charge me another $25 and I still won't be satisfied isn't even worth it. I'll end up keeping the suit and probably trying to sell it. I will never order from them again. Overprices, overrated, and a waste of time and money.
I have tried in every way to follow up on an order. The email system is ill conceived and inaffective. I have asked why I was never informed as to why my confirmed order was never sent(although charged and paid for) and why I was never notified of its sudden unavailability. I would never had ordered this for my daughter had I read this site prior. Customer service is horrific, abiguious and heartless. I will do all I can to cancel this order. Do not put yourself in this position.
I ordered 3 suits in different sizes because I did not know how they would fit on me-none of them worked and I was given a full refund by Triangl. Fedex still charged me $100 in dutes and import taxes-I have tried to fight it for almost a year-even filled out a ton of paperwork for Fedex w/copies of the returns and credit card statement showing return-Fedex would not drop charges, so I just had to pay $100 and I do not even have a bathing suit-do not order if you feel you may need to return-you will be stuck w/fees!
Bought several bikinis to try on and return- didn't realize I would have to pay $15 to return to company... for a $180 swimsuit with $20 shipping, you would think returns would be free. Arrived on time but ran SUPER small-something that wasn't disclosed on their website. Also, the quality of the bikinis are not what they should be... SUPER low cut (and I have small boobs), ZERO padding (you can literally see nipple), and the fabric does not look that great. Will be surprised if it holds up.
Then, after waiting over two weeks and not hearing from them after I returned the extra bikinis immediately, I reached out looking for an update on my return. They FINALLY started return process... but only after I had to chat with agent and email a bunch of customer service people. Had to provide all the information-they should have already had it in their system. Took me hours to find everything and explain what was wrong-told me I returned wrong bikinis (I didn't) and then they corrected their mistake. The whole process was so drawn out and such a hassle. I will never order from them again and will tell my friends the same-great way to waste $35 on shipping and get a horrible quality bikini. Still don't have my money back (almost $300).
For $100 PLUS shipping, the quality of this swimsuit & customer service are a joke. I bought it at the end of summer so it was a few months before I could try it on. The FIRST time I wore it, the cheap plastic clasp at the back broke in two. Literally not even one wear out of this top. Messaged customer service to see if they had replacement clasps - not even a replacement suit - and they firmly denied any help as their very narrow return period had passed. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CHEAP BUSINESSES! From the photos and complaints here, I am not the only one who was ripped off by their flimsy quality. The material is not even worth $20 at a Target. The bikini is going straight in the trash.
First off, all of my issues started with the fact that their sizing is absurd. The first suit I ordered fit just right but I didn't love the style on me. So, I went to the website to exchange it but the website makes it look like all you can do it return and buy a new suit (I was even told by a salesperson that this is the easiest way for them). Between the 2 orders, I was out over $200 and then had to pay $10 to ship the return. The next order comes and the sizing is completely different. So, again, I request a return and pay $10 to ship it. At this rate, I'm out over $250. With both returns, I had a tracking number and could see exactly when they arrived back at the warehouse. I was waiting and waiting for a refund and both took over 30 business days (their website says 1-2 business days after delivery). I was constantly emailing them with either no reply or some bogus "it will happen soon". The only reason I got my return was because I threatened legal action against the company. One salesperson told me to "stop emailing so much" because "it would bog down my request," like that even makes sense. Anyways, $60 in shipping later I do have the money back from the first order but not the second. DO NOT BOTHER! It is such a pain in the $#*! to get anything done with these people. And from what I've heard, the suits aren't even worth it!
