This company is so difficult to work with. They claimed that they sent me a package from oversea. The package never arrived and they refused to help anyway. Be aware of this company.
I do not suggest you to buy from this site. The prices are very expensive and the return of the product is over $50. Do not buy here!
Very pretty but overpriced bikini BUT the real ouch factor is the absolutely horrific postage/tax from Fedex-cost 26 dollars i. E. a third of the price of the bikini.
I ordered two bathing suits for my daughter several weeks before Christmas. A week after I ordered them, I received an email from Triangl saying they'd now run out of stock on one top and one bottom. The next day, I received an emailing saying that they'd run out of the other top. They asked what I wanted to do. I wrote back to ask them for a phone number to call because I wanted to find out at that point (one week before Christmas) if there were any options. They emailed to tell me they didn't give out phone numbers. I then emailed to ask if there were other bathing suits in full that they could FedEx me to get to me by Christmas. They said they only did Fed Ex ground and couldn't get me anything for Christmas. When I finally wrote back that my daughter would be disappointed (this is 10 days after I bought the two sets of suits and still 6 days before Christmas), they said I could expect a refund in the next week. What? The store offers terrible customer service, is disorganized, and shouldn't charge consumers unless they know items are in stock. I won't order from Triangl again.
I ordered bikini from TRIANGL in size XS. I am always wearing XS from all other Swimming suits brands. But their XS is just tiny, like for kids... So I tried to send it back, but I didn't have any return label. They have told me I have to pay for it. I said ok can you give me the shipping options at least and the answer was amazing - you have to find yourself the way to send it back. So I spend pretty much googling the cheapest version of shipping and sent with local correos.
Then in 3 weeks I am getting a mail from FEDEX saying that I have pending amount to be paid. I was surprised cause I didn't use FEDEX recently. Then I called them and they told me this invoice is from TRIANGL. They charged me for shipping although when I was buying in the final page was written SHIPPING INCLUDED. When I sent few messages to TRIANGL asking why I have a pending invoice from Fedex they just ignored me. I paid 60 euros just for nothing.

No phone number to reach them only email correspondence. I ordered a suit and based the amazing off what the live chat people said. I was told to order an xs bottom and a small top. I went ahead and ordered a small in both because I knew there was no way I could fit small bottoms. The suit came was waaayyyy to small. So I went ahead and ordered a medium bottom and a small plus top. So now I had two $100 bathing suits on my card. I promptly emailed their returns department saturday so I could return the suit first thing Monday. Let's fast forward to Thursday. Still haven't received the information I need to return this suit. At this point I am beyond frustrated. They don't tell you that in the email you need to include size and style of the suit. I did however include the order number. Why can't they look it up themselves based off that? So instead of reaponding with the return code and the address for it to be shipped to they respond (3 days later) with them asking for those things. It is now an additional 2 days later and I have yet to receive his information.
I am a repeat purchaser - this time I got the Twinnie style in Dandy Candy and Jera in Cheeta. I am 5'4,128 lbs, 32D... ordered small bottoms and small + top & fit perfectly. Absolutely in love! The bottoms in these styles are not wet-suit material (which is different than the suit I had previously ordered in 2015) which is nice cause it is more form fitting. The top in the Jera I ordered is wet-suit material and the top in the Teinnie is nylon/polyamid like the bottoms. Package came very quick to Canada via fed-ex!
This website has the cutest suits. Great for summer. I probably have 10 and almost every single one of them broke I emailed them and they were kind enough to send me a new bottoms. Three of my other ones broke I couldn't get a refun. One of my red swimsuits I just put it on the Clasp broke and I didn't get a refund. I'm done ordering from them website super cute swimsuits though NOT GOOD QUALITY IDK WHY EVERYONE IS SAYING THAT
I have purchased previous suits from here that I love, and I placed an order about a month ago and I still have not received any shipping confirmation even though they say they ship in 3-5 days!
Ordered a bathing suit and paid $20 for shipping to the US. Sized up knowing that the customer service recommendations were probably off and sure enough, the top was still wayyy too small (they recommended an XS, I had to go with a M). Paid even more money to go to USPS and exchange the top for a bigger size and waited weeks for a shipment back. Then, once I got a notification from FedEx that my package arrived... nothing was at my house. I contacted Triangl who then directed me to FedEx to file a claim. Then FedEx directed me back to Triangl to file the package as lost. After this merry-go-round of wasted time, Triangl now tells me there's nothing they can do. So I spent $115 + 4 hours emailing Triangl, and on the phone with FedEx only to have NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.
So I am out of money, left with a pair of bathing suit bottoms I will never wear by themselves.
Do not trust this brand, its ethics, or its customer service. Plus, the quality was horribly thin and disappointing. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

I bought 2 sets on June 9. They made me pay 20$ US for express shipping(3-5 days).
This was by far the worst experience I ever had with a company.
After 5 days, I DM'd them on Instagram because I had not received a shipping comfirmation yet. They answered me 6 hours later saying that they were sorry and that a member of their team will reach out to me via email.
The same day I got an email title « shipping confirmation» and then thought that my order had been shipped. 2 days later, I used the live chat on their website to try to get more informatin about my order beacause I had not received my tracking number. That's when I learnt that besides the tittle of the email I got, my order had not been shipped. The lady I was chatting with told me that the tittle was to inform me that they where working on the shipping of my order... Things then got worse. 3 days later, I received an email saying that one of the swimsuits I had bought was sold out (I bought it the day it launched). They then told me to chose from 3 sets on their websites and that they'll send me the one that was available. I was fuming. I sent them my choices but the next day I received a shpping confirmation... (?). My sets are suppose to arrive tomorrow now. Oh and I just had to pay 108,50$ CAD for duty fees.
Worst service ever. I would never shop again on triangl.com. For bathing suits that are made in China this is way to expensive.
I am virtually an exclusive online shopper and have ordered from a vast number of merchants so you can imagine my surprise and horror to learn of Triangl's unbelievably archaic and complex return "process" (as aptly named by company itself). I requested to return three suits the day after they arrived (and what's with the shipping charges? Nearly every online retailer ships for free after spending a reasonable amount) only to receive an automatic reply explaining that they are inundated with emails and promising to get back to me within four days (never mind that instruction in returns "process" boldly mentions returns cannot be accepted after 14 days of receipt! How does that happen?). When I didn't receive an RA # after numerous days, I again returned to chat with a "live" agent (I have my doubts if there's anyone with a pulse on the other end) who replied that they needed to escalate my request to the return department. After receipt of standard "out of the office on holiday" type emails, I never received an answer to my request. A "live" agent told me to check my spam (now there's an idea!) and would again pass my concerns on to someone who could help me. Wait a minute: can a return seriously be so complicated? I then asked if I could call to speak to someone who could assist me immediately only to learn the company has no direct line. Ok, that's it... As much as I liked the bikinis and initially thought to exchange them for a larger size (also why I'm giving two stars), I would never, ever, ever order from them again. There are way too many other online retailers who will make it easy and pleasant to shop from them... and here I'm still haven't managed to complete my return!
I ordered a bikini from Triangl recently. Everything seemed great-came in on time, right suit, etc, but then I tried it on. Online, a sales associate told me that they would not give me the actual volume of a cup or the size of a band, but that the swimsuit I ordered, a small ++, was about a 34DD. When I got the suit, it didn't even come close. After comparing it to my 34DD swimsuit and multiple different bras, it filled in about half of the cup. I also compared it to my sister's 34C cup, and it fit almost perfectly. It is literally three sizes smaller than they say, and they are still making me pay the return shipping fee to hong kong. The size issue is absolutely ridiculous - they grossly misinformed me and are forcing me to pay for it. Though it they aren't responsable for those fees in the terms in conditions, I agreed to those assuming they wouldn't blatantly lie to me about what size of this expensive swimsuit they were sending me. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't buy swimsuits from them-you can get similar styles at more reliable stores and websites that will give you actual help.
First time wearing the clasp broke and they wont take the return back because the tags are off, do not waste your money.
I checked for reviews of the styles and fit, along with photos of the bikinis being worn on social media before making a purchase. I selected two of the velvet bikinis in different styles. I sized up, as I was aware the tend to run small. The size combination I needed was sold out of one of the styles wanted, so I used the chat feature on the website to ask if they could double check inventory before I placed an order. They were able to push a manual order through with the size selections, I received both bikinis very quickly. The customer service was amazing, even with the special ordering. The quality of the suit is great, they are both easily the most comfortable swim suits I have ever owned. I will order again without hesitation. The shipping charge is high, so I wait until there are at least two I want and then I order. I live in south Florida so its bikini season all year round. The velvet fabric is holding up great with the salt water, I do wear them to snorkel and free dive. I also wear them to lay/swim by my pool and the chlorine isn't messing them up. I also rinse after each use, and lay flat to dry. I highly recommend this brand. For reference: I am 145 pounds, 5'4, I wear size 28 jeans and small tops or 34C bra. I ordered styles Camille and Raine both in large top and bottom. The bottoms fit great, the tops are just slightly too large, The Raine has adjustable straps so it worked out great, the Camille is not adjustable so the straps are loose, but not so bad that I felt I needed to exchange and pay the extra shipping costs. I did just order the Ariel in medium top and large bottom, I thinking this will be better fit for the top. I can't wait till it gets here :)
Had the most awful experience with Triangl Bikinis I will never buy them again. On top of $20 shipping (already SO much money), it took them over 3 weeks to get here because the package was held up at US Customs at FedEX for over a week - Triangl was NO help with this and I had to fill out FIVE different forms with FedEX to release the package. Then, when I needed to return the bikinis, Triangl took over a WEEK to give me the return information. But the worst and most insane part of all of this. - I just got a bill for $346.26 FROM FEDEX TO PAY FOR THE SHIPMENT AND CUSTOMS OF THE BIKINIS FROM CHINA! I messaged Triangl and was like is this serious - I would have never bought your bikinis if I knew I would be charged over THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM FEDEX and WHY did you not tell girls in the US THIS BEFORE THEY BUY THEM? And they simply said essentially they had nothing to do with it and they put in their small print when you buy it that you might have to pay taxes to customs. THREE HUNDRED AND FOURTY SIX DOLLARS?
