Well a terrible product bought 7 flea collars for cats awaiting 10 dog collars, put 2 collars on daughters cats within an hour we have had to rush cats to vets with toxic poisoning, you cant call anybody the product has come out of china no list of ingredients etc, should of waited to buy serescto collars as usually use them without problems, these collars have ledft the 2 cats fighting for life,, i want a full refund over £250 spent and what for, to kill my animals and leave me with a huge vet bill, even called trendy monk no from england surprise surprise no answer, i wont let this matter drop be warn if you want animals alive dont buy this

This is an E Commerce business. I ordered some ginger root, for 43.08. This was on September 6th. I have yet to receive it. I wrote a complaint and they came back with telling me that they were having problems getting the product sent, some places were down for a couple of days. Hmmm not sure what that meant. I have since written them 3 more times, this time no response from them. When I track the item it tells me it is sitting on a desk at a USPS center in Brooklyn NY. I am in Wisconsin. I cannot get ahold of a live person. I will never ever order from an E Commerce place again. I have contacted the fraud department at my bank and the BBB. Both say they need an address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased the Light Drawing - Fun And Developing Toy M in Nov 2019 to be delivered in Canada where I would be visiting. It was accepted on Dec 02. No news until I claimed at the end of. Dec. Response: delayed. I left on Jan 16,2020 and they say it was delivered on the 19th. To whom? I was gone. Requested refund 11 days ago, because I had to buy a new toy. No answer, so I lost the money I paid for the order and had to spend more on a replacement gift. Totally irresponsible!

I ordered a beautiful painting they advertised via Facebook back in mid August 2018. It is Nov 20 & I still do not have it but they have taken my money! I have emailed them several times. Astonishingly, it takes 2 weeks for them to reply to emails! Each reply says they are working to find my order or their tracking is down or it is being shipped. I have reported them to Pay Pal and to any else I can. They are scams and just want your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Beware!

I ordered Magic Trio Peelers(3 items), EcoWatt Energy Device and Smart Car Doctor and paid $54.90. I received the Smart Car Doctor but couldn't get iI ordered Magic Trio Peelers(3 items), EcoWatt Energy Device and Smart Car Doctor and paid $54.90. I received the Smart Car Doctor but couldn't get it to work. I also received the Energy Device but cant tell if it is working or not. Never have received the Magic Trio Peelers and have written the business several times and was told they were backlogged. Then I received another letter stating they had a new supply. Still nothing though. It has been nearly 11 months since the order was sent and paid for.
