Ordered from incessant pop up ad on Instagram. 10 days later and still has not left China. Ship time stated in ad is a flat out lie. Will never trust their ads again!

Received a damaged product.
They didn't give replacement item.
They didn't give refund.
They ask for more money to spend to send them faulty product back.

DO NOT TRUST A WORD THESE PEOPLE SAY! They will just take your money and not provide any updates. SCAMMERS!

Don't order from them ever... kept in contact about clothes and guaranteed delivery and kept stating will mail soon... clothes never came and it was for a wedding... they are liars and fraud... better to spend more money and go somewhere else. Do not buy from these guys.

GUYS TRUST ME... spend the extra money and go to Utsav or Cbazzar or ANYWHERE ELSE. These people are fraudulent AS IS THIS SITE. I just put in an email for a complete refund after they let me know the item that I ordered in August for a September event had changed due to what the designer can provide. Mind you its MID November and no one contacted me about this design change until i reached out to them.

I just put in for a refund to Abhishek for my items through an email today. If I don't receive the refund within the next two weeks, I'm going directly to paypal and complaining.

I placed an order about 2 years ago and expected my order in about 3 weeks. After 2 months I had never heard from them so I contacted them and they said they would expedite and send the items in a couple of days. I told them that the function for what the items were required had just passed and I did not need them now. So Abhishek said he would cancel and credit me the money (close to a $1000). I have followed up with them several times via email and they are just ignored. Here we are 2 years later.

I placed an order in August 2018. Received one item well after the dated that I needed and the other item has never arrived. All my emails were ignored until I posted a Google review then Abhishek contacted me and provided lip service advising he would look into my order. I am not sure why he had to look into my order when my account with shows that my order is still processing and only 1 item shows as shipped. Judging from the reviews this seems to be standard procedure for Trendy 16. And apparently Rahul does a good job of acknowledging the good reviews but, fails to acknowledge or offer assistance to anyone who has placed a bad review. Advice to Trendy 16, businesses grow from correcting mistakes and from turning bad customer service into good results for your consumers. Advice to buyers; read the reviews and be mindful that even this person writing this review lost money and time to Trendy 16. So, shop elsewhere.
