I ordered clothing from this site towards the end of April. Once I placed the order I noticed the reviews. I was nonetheless scared as I had paid for over $700. I then emailed them explaining that I needed the clothing by the 15th May as which is my travel date. Scared and sceptical, I was not sure if I even was going to get my clothes or even my money back if clothing didnt arrive on time. Well, I kept in correspondence with them throughout every 2nd or 3rd day. Come around the 10th of May, I was told my order was shipped. The site was not updated was I did not believe them. On the 11th of May, I received notification from DHL Courier that my shipment was in Canada and I needed to pay for customs fee. I had hope now that I will receive yet still sceptical. Clothing arrived and after opening and inspecting it all, I am ecstatic and overjoyed. Everything looks good and feel bad that I doubted. Rahul, in customer service has gone beyond call of duty confirming each time that I did not have anything to worry about and that he has placed a rush on my order. My apologies Rahul for the difficult times I put you through at times.

Do not buy from this store, no matter what part of the world you live in. The customer phone numbers listed on the website do not work. The customer service does not answer emails. The only way to contact this one-man shop is through chat. He is rude and dishonest. The products may never arrive, if you order them, even if you do so well ahead of time. It is a scam operation and not to be trusted. Don't waste your time and money, shop elsewhere!

THEY HAVE 24 HOUR SUPPORT TO HELP BUT THEY WILL ONLY HELP YOU WHEN IT COMES TO PLACING THE ORDER AND WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THE PAYMENT INFO, BUT OTHER THEN U WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY EMAILS AFTER THAT. AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SHIPMENT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. FAKE! THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE GOING TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU THAT IS A MANGER AND HE WILL REPLY WITHIN A FEW DAYS. BUT I EMAIL THEM EVERYDAY FOR THE LAST 2 AND HALF MONTHS AND NO REPLY YET! DO NOT WASTE TIME EVEN THOUGH THE DRESSES LOOK SO NICE.

My name is Preeti, I have provided customer service to trendy collections for more then one year.
Being a customer agent i would suggest those customers are having any issues regarding refund or delay in order please report this company to the media or at least contact PayPal or your credit card company.

He does not pay to suppliers/employees and he does not care about customers issues. I used to provide customer support in night shift and now since three months i am waiting for salary...

Too bad I cannot give zero stars. Anyone who is thinking of buying from this website, back off. Total scam. I've been struggling to get my money since August 2014. Their USA phone number is the first lie. No one picks up the phone any time at all. They have so called "live chat people" but they are there to lie to you all the time, because they are " not authorized to do anything" they will waste your time saying that issue will be solved in 6 business days, but I am waiting for months.
I dont write reviews but this time I took time to do this thinking this might help others. I have all the documents, emails and chat messages, will be forwarding to authorities for scam/fraud.

HI all, I have ordered from this online site Trendycollections.in in the past and have got timely delivery and satisfactorily quality. But just recently my order for previous Eid has been delayed till now and I have been continuously ignored or given false replies. "Order will be delivered" repeatedly have been told next week next week at the initial stage, then no replies. Further I sent emails to billing department just received reply once and then being ignore by both online chat service they provide or any emails I send. Take a look at the pictures for details. I am going to turn to media to either get back my dress/refund or replacement. Any other site where I can report and speak up about them? Perhaps you should aviod them as well. Anyway their shipping charges aren't reasonable and you can imagine their service after reading my case..
