I love this brand and trend, and I real like this. I hope all of one which like or want to this brand really enjoy it. This clothes very demanding and beautiful design.
I ordered a few suits, only received one and they got the stitching wrong, emailed trendy collections who deliberately ignored my emails. Thank god I had made the payments through PayPal, I was able to open up a dispute on my pay pal account and got all my money back. Bottom line stay away from this fraud company.
Don't order from them ever... kept in contact about clothes and guaranteed delivery and kept stating will mail soon... clothes never came and it was for a wedding... they are liars and fraud... better to spend more money and go somewhere else. Do not buy from these guys.
I search many websites for Indian dresses online and go through their review, it's very bad and in the beginning, I thought trendy16 is also one of them. I was scared and totally ready for bad experience but some amazing thing came out, excellent customer service and fast delivery, I am glad that there are some good people and business are still existing.
I bought an anarkali suit, and definitely not at this price. My doubts about low quality or cheap products were cleared last night when I received the perfect copy from the website. Quality is really good and fitting is nice too. Good store.
Received my order on March 3rd; placed January 7th. Quality was good as I was expecting. Stitching size was a little off but overall fine. They really need to work hard on communication with the customers.
Outfits came alittle big even though measurements were given. However i'm pleased with my order a few adjustments has to be made. Somewhat disappointed that the pockets wasnt included in my lehenga.
Have to improve on the response time when an email is sent to check up on orders. I've ordered a few times from this site and i was always pleased.

I placed an order in August 2018. Received one item well after the dated that I needed and the other item has never arrived. All my emails were ignored until I posted a Google review then Abhishek contacted me and provided lip service advising he would look into my order. I am not sure why he had to look into my order when my account with shows that my order is still processing and only 1 item shows as shipped. Judging from the reviews this seems to be standard procedure for Trendy 16. And apparently Rahul does a good job of acknowledging the good reviews but, fails to acknowledge or offer assistance to anyone who has placed a bad review. Advice to Trendy 16, businesses grow from correcting mistakes and from turning bad customer service into good results for your consumers. Advice to buyers; read the reviews and be mindful that even this person writing this review lost money and time to Trendy 16. So, shop elsewhere.
I placed an order about 2 years ago and expected my order in about 3 weeks. After 2 months I had never heard from them so I contacted them and they said they would expedite and send the items in a couple of days. I told them that the function for what the items were required had just passed and I did not need them now. So Abhishek said he would cancel and credit me the money (close to a $1000). I have followed up with them several times via email and they are just ignored. Here we are 2 years later.
I ordered 2 items from TrendySuper 2weeks ago. I paid for Express shipping, 2 to 5 day delivery. I have had a ongoing conversation with their customer service. My order is just now being processed. It will be another month or more before I receive the items. Do not pay for Express shipping, Trendysuper does not sent Express. It is false advertising.
Ordered in February and upon chasing and requesting updates finally received part order. To my utter disappointment quality and workmanship was extremely poor for prices paid. Measurements were provided and yet outfits sizes came beyond original size provided.
Still waiting on the other 2 items. No credit or any feedback when this will be resolved.
Very disappointed experience as was very happy with previous first order.
Ordered from incessant pop up ad on Instagram. 10 days later and still has not left China. Ship time stated in ad is a flat out lie. Will never trust their ads again!
I ordered two items and never got any of them. When I asked for refund, the person begged to get store credit instead. Ordered another item with the store credit. That was in March. Still haven't received it. It's not October. Completely a horrible website.
Too bad I cannot give zero stars. Anyone who is thinking of buying from this website, back off. Total scam. I've been struggling to get my money since August 2014. Their USA phone number is the first lie. No one picks up the phone any time at all. They have so called "live chat people" but they are there to lie to you all the time, because they are " not authorized to do anything" they will waste your time saying that issue will be solved in 6 business days, but I am waiting for months.
I dont write reviews but this time I took time to do this thinking this might help others. I have all the documents, emails and chat messages, will be forwarding to authorities for scam/fraud.
The lehenga i recieved looked even better than the one in the picture. You guys have done an amazing job and i'm in love with it. Everyone likes it. Thank you trendy16 for effectively working towards my issues regarding the lehenga and making it look gorgeous.

I received my item and was happy with the delivered product. What they could improve is the communication! Instead of giving vague answers for delivery times ("definitely tomorrow","by the end of the week") without intending to deliver, just provide the real duration!
Trendy16 is one of the best website to shop. Staff is very friendly help and always there to help especially Rahul and Deepak. They helped me alot through out my journey made sure I got everything delivered on time and there stitching is perfect so neat and clean. The material is very nice and soft + and so affordable.
