Booked a holiday in lanzarote for September 2017, but had to cancel, I have asked them for the last 4 months to cancel it and finally about a week ago they cancelled my holiday and charged me 40 which they just take out of your account. Please don't be fooled by this company saying that they only charge you 1 booking fee. I have now looked at their cancelation policy and it states that if you book again within a month of cancelation they will take the 40 of your next holiday or hotel accommodations This was not stated in their email to me, please read their policy before booking or better still try to book with some other companySee critical reviews
