Excellent service. I was satisfied with the customer care. I was in a rush and they took good care of finding me tickets that required date change. Miza was the person who helped me with the tickets. She was quick to understand my travel plan and the changes required and she provided with a good customer care.

I booked a roundtrip ticket for my wife and my 4 month old infant. I contacted them for change of ticket on their return journey. Every time I call, they say we will be transferring to corresponding department. Each time there will be a reson with out any solutions like Airline office is closed or there is huge call volume. We will get back to you. But no one will get back to you. So, if any one in a situation for changing their ticket for some reason, travelopd is worst and you book directly with the airlines even if its 200$ extra. I hate travelopd who is such a irresponsive to the customer. All full of liars. Dont ever trust them. It is my honest and sincere opinion expressed out of frustration.

They charged me the same amount of agent fee as the cost of tcket from nyc to del. So I paid double the amount. They made it so scary that no tickes will not be available if I will not buy in half hour thing... crooks...

This man Patrick I must say a wonderful man with a great amount of passion and dedication to his work. Extremely professional. A very mellifluous person to talk with. He is indefatigable in his work. I was multi tasking at my work when I called him to book my ticket and he deal with me with great amount of courtesy and patience. I didn't want to fly Spirit I thought I would be flying southwest, I have only heard negative thing about Spirit. If I was told that first no way I would fly with them I would have paid the difference but they didn't give me that option. I will go back to Delta.

My service was great. I had canceled a trip and I was able to use that refund for my next travel that was great I did not loose it. My luggage, do I have to pay for my luggage. I was told that I get one carry on and one luggage weighing 50lbs. Or less. Does that still stand? Please let me know. I tried reaching out to them after there response to make it rite and they tried to rob me again saying no they couldn't do anything more for me after they charged me 500 more then the airlines would have there resolve letter was just a show of nothing its a scam they r just there to try to steal more of your hard earned money I was supposed to have had a trip of a lifetime and yes it was wonderful but what they put me and my family threw was horrible but enough of my ranting I wish I could sue them for lying cheating or something
DONT DO IT, IT MIGHT SAY ONE PRICE but they lie they make things up they trick u telling u u. Will get a ser charge on canselling before they even book it for you, the price goes up. They tell u have 3 hours to cancill without having a penalty its all false, dont do it i got robbed and probably u will to one way or another. I am so unhappy with my experiance. I wish i had another 4400 to book another flight and cancil that one
Susan was wonderful and very patient. She did her do diligence to correct and cancel extra tickets to the same destination. She also talk me tlhrouh regaining my rapid reward acct and trying to make new travel arrangment. Susan must be an excellent empolyee because she did great work!
