I booked Lunch for 22 JAIN people through travel Khana@ Ernakulum. I was travelling from Kochuveli to LTT by KCVL -LTT Garibrath Express on 15th November 2015. I Called up travel khana on 14th November Afternoon. The Sales Executive was quick to book. I added 2 more people at the last moment and she even accomodated them. This was service of travel khana.
JAIN FOOD ( Punjabi- 4 rotis, 2 sabjis, rice, dal fry, 1 sweet, salad, pickle) - Totally Pure. No Onion, No Garlic, No Carrots n Cauliflower.
Taste wise superb. Quality - Excellent. Services A1 Quality. Price - Normal
I ll Recommend to all travelers to go for it.

Hi Guys, Order id: *******. I booked Veg Thali worth Rs 160/- which was supposed to be delivered at REWARI on ******* Train at 10 am IST today on 11-Oct-2017. The order was booked 2 days ahead. In morning, I talked to customer care and they confirmed that order would be delivered on time. Till last moment, its status remained "Cooking". The station passed but order is NOT delivered. I called at customer care. They had no answer but to say-"Sir, main samaj sakti huin aap ki pareshani. Aap ko hui asuwidha ke liye mafi chahti huin". So it is confirmed that it is a company run by CHEATERS. Their aim is to extract money via online payments and to make fool of passengers. DO NOT GET FOOLED by this company of LOOTERS.

I have booked my food for Surat station(*******) in Train *******-YPR BKN EXP, Seat B3-55 as name of Bharat Porwal hence when train reached surat that I called customercare representative 3 to 4 time but every time they misguide me like told that delivery already in train so he will deliver you at your seat so please dont go anywhere even after 45minute while I not found my ordered food, I called custorcare once this time they told there is no delivery point at surat hence By cheap service and misguide of customer care representative I not get any food and surviving for food and I now I am in condition the condition that even I cant purchase from station so herewith my request to all please dont order from such cheap service provider who didnt care there customer.
