On 15th December, 16. This day was my Birth day. And due to official purpose I was travelling in Teests Torsa Exp. From Coochbehar to sealdah. I booked a order of Non Veg Thali. They Confirmed Booking by sending SMS. And Bill also.and the delivery of foods was supposed at Malda station at 8:25 P.M.the train was staying at platform for more than 30 minutes. They have not served my ordered foods. I phoned customer care. Twice. Regarding the delivery of foods. They assured me the people are serving the another compartment withen 5 minutes you will get your food. But they have not served the food. Ultimately I have to lay down by drinking water. Please dont rely on Travel khana. They are simply cheating the people. I have all the documents. For the above fact.

I complaint this railway department for misshapning travelkhana side.

I ordered the food for special meal of Rs. 188 and rs 19 for 1 extra roti at cooch behar station in which I have to get paneer subji one seasonal veg, dal, three route, rice and a sweet with one extra roti which I ordered. When I recvd food at cooch behar, boy was in very hurry he said every thing is in box I paid him Rs 220 including taxes. When I opened the box I found one dal, one seasonal veg, three roti and rice. No extra roti, no paneer sabji, no sweet was there, and the taste of food was worst. They taken extra money but not delevered the same which they promise to give. Plse never order food online from cooch behar station. Worst experience.

I ordered food from dis site fr d first tym n d experience was worst. I ordered 4tyms n paid online thrice and once through wallet and the final statement from them was, Ma'm apka order cancelled hai aur apko khana nahin chahiye. If theg have developed a site, there shud b complete information about orders and d status of d order. They ended up widout a resolution. I loat my money, time and efforts. Plz dnt get miaguided by this farzi site. COMPLETE FRAUDS

Travelkhana - a bunch of cheaters and frauds... Height of cheating in our group orders dt 5 & 9 January'18...

I have ordered 4 dinner through Travelkhana at Miraj Junction when i am going to B'glore still the last moment they are saying pl.be seated on your birth the food will come, at last train started but food not delivered

Again i tried Travelkhana day before yesterday when i am coming from agra at Palanpur Station for lunch I have ordered for Jain food but recd nonjain thali which is useless for me i have thrown away it immediately I lost my valuable money and remain without food
As i complained on their no they replied call will come from their c care dept. Still now I am waiting for call
