Firstly I was an idiot to get fooled thrice. First time nothing was delivered. We slept hungry. Second time we ordered roti they gave rice. Now today is third day again going to sleep hungry. Better not to believe these food sites. Never going to order again

I ordered my dinner last month 27th Nov through travelkhana while traveling by train. At Bhopal Junction, they delivered Chinese food as I mentioned in my order. It was very fantastic in taste and packed so well. Quality vise it was marvelous - taste so delicious.
I enjoyed my food and journey as well.
Ordered food to be delivered at lucknow junction 1.5 hrs in advance by calling their helpline number, recieved the confirmation sms, was asked to keep the money ready. Did everything they asked. There waa no sign of the guy for the first 5 mins of the train's halt at lucknow. Subsequently called the helpline again, was assured that food will arrive and i was asked to stay at my seat, which i did. The train had a halt of 25 mins, and the guy didn't turnup. Really poor service travelkhana. Kind of lost my trust, never ordering with you.

Its one of the worst service this people offer.
To start with initially they served food just before train left which didn't allowed us even see the food. Than post opening of the package we came to know that Roti's were burnt and even vegetable was Very spicy and hell lot of Oil. Post taking the matter with customer service team they said don't worry and our backend team will contact you and refund shall be initiated ( Never said to take photo). Now after 3-4 days they are saying that the food was good and eatable. Now they will decide weather food was good or not considering they were not there at that time.
I would recommend don't go with them instead go ahead with Travellersfood as they give better food and with very less rates.

I have travelled from orissa to hyd i have placed order quantity is less but taste is good. I have received the order at my seat in train.so i felt very happy that receiving food by order in train is fabulous.
I ordered food at Durg and Bhilaspur stations to my son. But he didn't get any food in both stations. The order Id Nos are ******* and *******. Amount debited from my accoount. No response from customer service phone number. What is this type of service. If u are unable to deliver food don't take order.
I referred this app to my friend. N one day he ordered n didn't get food. Last day I travelled n that time I ordered food but I didn't got the food. I call customer care they even didn't pick my call. Today that shameless people call me n ask for feedback. N they told e my train was late that's y they didn't delivered. Thwt bloody idiots are not even informing me. I was Hungary. N that I had not any food. I ate biscuits.
Recently travelled with friends and ordered food or various categories. And the time delivered was accurate. Quality of the food is awesome and all of our friends enjoyed the taste and quality. Packages and the way if behaviour of the service provider was gentle and the timing was also pakka. Those who want quality and taste can prefer and enjoy your travel.

Due to some train difficulties, my train was late for about an hour, still when I reached warm and fresh food was waiting all along and delivered right on my seat berth!
As My elderly parents were travelling from Bangalore to Vijayawada in seshadri Express on 17th Jan 2018, and we opted for this travelkhana for food delivery in Nellore(Or ID *******), later it got cancelled again when contacted they told that they will give in Gudur Junction (order updated with the id -*******). The train left Gudur Junction, but no food. When contacted the customer care. I was told that they will raise the complaint and ensure that my money will be returned. Who the hell will take care of the missed food.
Stupid service... If you are opting for kids and elder people, please go prepared. Don't rely on this Waste service...
The food delivered by travelkhana is very pathetic. It is worthless to order from this website. Railway should ban these type of vendors. Our Railway minister Mr. Suresh Prabhu is trying to change the image and experience of railway journey for the public through easy access to services, but these type of websites and vendors are deteriorating the steps of the railway ministry.

The dinner was not served in my seat dispite of booking in advance order ID is ******* booked at 4:15 PM from Raiganj and it was expected to be delivered at Malda stn at 9 o clock.
It is just happened as I've tried using the meal discount coupon offered by you for the next booking which I got by an SMS.
It is simply pathetic service and in the mid of the night you are apologising and requesti me to arrange dinner in train.
Its simply disgusting that with such service level you have started an online service.
I booked my dinner 5 hrs in advance and was relying on your service which screwed up my evening and I'm completely messed now without any food and starving.
Request everyone not to rely on such fake sites and carry your own food.
I ordered dinner on 6 Apr for 2 persons. Despite regularly tracking this could not deliver me the food at required station. On My persuasion they promised me food at subsequent station but the same was also not delivered. I kept contacting them on numbers provided but they didnt hav the moral courage to pick up calls. I recommend all to use your discretion before selecting these FRAUD and IRRESPONSIBLE organisations for food delivery
