I was running behind and needed help with a final paper. Business Management to be exact. So I signed up for their monthly pay service. (I assumed it would have worked, I was a dumbass for not reading all of the negative reviews)

Needless to say, the Business Management Paper was completed surprisingly on time... that was where the good news ended. I paid for a 10 page report, and got a 2 page piece of donkey dung. I immediately got on the phone and emailed them as well. After hours of trying to get ahold of someone, they finally answered and said I would get some corrections.

12 hours later I got my "completed" report again. This time it was 3 pages with one page completely filled up by a made up graph... (Still not sure what the graph pertains to.)

I once again got ahold of someone and demanded the work be fixed...

18 hours later I once again got my "completed" assignment. This time it was 6 pages. The 2 original pages, plus the one page with a graph, and the remaining 3 pages were completed in Arabic. I am guess not very good Arabic as even Google translate couldn't help me...

So here I am $600 down the hole and nothing to show for it. I am reporting these scammers to anyone who will listen.

I use internet search any information. I love this site because it give many information in different sector lot. So I like to see i want all body to vist this site is very well.

One of my friends recommended this site to me and i tried it. This site helped me a lot to improve my grades. Best site if you have lots of unsolvable academic problems.

First of all... if you are new to the site (haven't registered) and see the "answer this question" button that promises to donate $5 into your account, Don't Do it. Yes, they ask for an email address but they won't pay you unless you are an approved tutor, thus you worked for free.

I contacted customer service to see how to handle this. I would've had a better conversation with a wall. 'she' told me:
"this is a PAID website, so you have to PAY us for us to help you." (word-for-word)

I politely reminded her that I wasn't looking for a question to be answered, but I was actually answering a question. She said,
"Please pay us first."
W... T... F... now i'm pissed...

"I don't think you understand me. I am ANSWERING A QUESTION, thus I AM PROVIDING YOU A SERVICE, thus I am CONTRIBUTING TO YOUR PAYCHECK. I am not someone looking for an answer, those people need to pay. I am someone who just answered a question."

She responded,
"Is there anything else I can help you with?"
W... T... F...
"yes... answer my damn question."
No response...
5 minutes later
Me: "are you still there?"
No response...
2 minutes later she disconnects and temporarily banned my IP from chatting.

Moral of the story, do not ask them questions unless you want to get your IP banned from chatting.

Customer Service like this is a precursor to how the site will continue to operate, sh*tty. For those of you who claim to have a wonderful experience... its only a matter of time.

I have very bad experience with transtutors. They are bad in providing the solutions and trust me, it is better off paying your classmates to do it for you. Their standard is so bad that even my grandmother can write better. It was my greatest mistake to seek help from them to write my dissertation of 10,000 words, I even attached a sample and asked them the write an economics title and follow the previous year standard. In the standard dissertation, you need 1) An introduction, 2) Research topic and motivation for the topic, 3Literature review, 4)Methodology, 5) Data and finding, 6) Conclusion and recommendation
The expert screwed the whole dissertation part, Literature review not done and the DATA and finding used something not linked at all. The whole dissertation is like Garbage. Guess how they do your assignment or dissertation? They tried to copy from articles from all over, and they have the tunetin, hence they simply changed the words to avoid detection by tunetin, but it is really horrible. Let me give you an example for this Indian English; " Injured by the 1997–1998 crisis" Are you surprised or shocked? I think anyone can write better then the so call expert. When I urgued to transtutors that the word is not according to my standard, they gave excuses like time is too little, expert has amended again and again. What is the crap reasons, in the end, I submitted my whole dissertation without using a single words provided by them. My supervisor for the dissertation reviewed the Indian expert who did my dissertation, he was so disgusted that he insisted he didn't know what I am writing at all.
