The absolute worst study site I've ever used. I googled my homework question and discovered TransTutors "had the solution." I had never heard of the site and actually came here to check out reviews. The reviews were 50/50 so I decided to take a chance. BIG MISTAKE. They quoted the question as a $25 (extremely steep seeing as I paid $25 for my Chegg subscription.) I asked Harman, the manager, if there was a money back guarantee. His reply:

I decided to proceed and shelled out the money. I will admit the response was pretty quick. However, the answers provided were absolutely wrong. How do I know? The answers were in the back of the book. When I provided a screenshot of the answers and asked for a revision to his work, he asked about the book, author, and edition. After I provided this information (not sure why this was relevant unless he too was looking for solutions on the internet,) I did not receive a response. I asked for a refund from customer service and was contacted by multiple "managers" assuring me that although the assignment was past the due date, the "tutor" would make whatever revisions I requested. I found this to be acceptable as my assignment wasn't due for another two days. All I asked was for the tutor to show me how to derive the information and arrive at the answers I provided. After many delays, he told me that he couldn't find the book on the internet, therefore his original (incorrect) solution would have to suffice as he met my requirements. Wtf?!

The unit notations used in the solution are correct. Here all dimensions are given in mm & when u convert it into m, u will get the same answer. Regarding the procedure, I have checked it once again there is no need body modification.

I "found" the solution to my homework on their website so I was very excited to download the solution. I paid the $10 for 24 hours just to be safe and of course the "solution" was not related to the questions. I spoke with the online chat and pretty much said there is nothing they can do only to pay them $100 and they can provide me the solution. Pretty much I got scammed and I am writing this so you won't make the same mistake.

At first this looked like a good way to get some help on assignment questions for a University course I was doing. Little did I know the nightmare it was going to become. I paid my joining fee without any further information to advise me that each question I asked would have a further cost. I immediately tried to cancel my subscription. I now constantly receive spam emails from these idiots several times a day. After reading their "positive" reviews on this site it is quite obvious they have all been written by two or three people as the writing style is very similar, completely contravening the rules pertaining to the use of this site. Obviously an attempt to "drown out" the negative and true reviews like mine. Do not use this company, do not give them a email address. This is a scam!

UPDATE... I have now received a reply to my complaint on this site asking me to contact transtutors to resolve my concerns. Well transtutors, you had your chance. I have sent you numerous emails requesting you stop sending me spam. I warned you that I would go public with my complaint and report you to the Australian anti spam authorities. You refused to take my warning seriously.
