Transformerland is the best place to purchase Transformer toys. I been a customer for a few months now, and I've had no troubles. Everything comes as it was described, and they even accept payments through the mail!

He may be a little slow in responding to emails (by slow I mean 1 day) but he answers every one of them and that's what counts... other places will just leave you hanging. He's also very accommodating to a customer's requests and the prices he offers are very good.

When I wanted to either sell some items or offer them as part of a trade agreement, Ben & Matt always offered a fair price for my items and/or we were able to agree on what items were fair in a trade agreement. I found a group of pristine vintage Transformers in my parents home and offered them to Matt - he gave me a decent price and I knew they were going to people who would appreciate them. Dealing over the internet can be a disappointing experience (especially when you are in different countries) but Matt was a gent. I would reccomend this site to anyone (which is a super interesting resource anyway).
I think Transformerland.com is the best place to get any information about any Transformer. I had a bunch of original Transformers that I wanted to sell. I checked numerous sites but Transformerland.com was able to give names, parts, classifications, etc. etc. I took pictures of my Transformers and sent them to the owner, Matt. He was very reasonable with his quote, quick on getting back to me, and easy to work with. He gave several options on how to get him the items and how he would get me the $$$$. I chose to send him the Transformers via standard mail and when he received them, he sent me a personal check. I going to recommend this site to anyone in the market to sell or buy Transformers. Found the site while searching for ways to catalog a collection of figures I had. The wiki was extremely helpful and allowed me to easily catalog all items. After researching the company, I decided to offer my collection for sale. Received a fair offer - the transaction was smooth and prompt. Communication was great, typical response to a question was, at most, 1 day. Already working on another collection to offer for sale and would continue to do so in the future.

After learning that BigBadToyStore was no longer buying collections, I found Transformerland.com, and as many reviews have said, I was not disappointed. Matts website is a great resource within itself, offering a reference as to how much figures are generally worth. This helped me to decide which toys to part with, and once I sent in my list, he quickly responded with a quote. Once I accepted his offer that was $30 higher than another website I approached, he sent a number of detailed instructions on how to package the figures for the cheapest shipping cost, etc. He takes a chance offering to pay 80% upfront and I greatly appreciated this option. When he received my shipment, he promptly sent over the balance. Should I have to sell more of my collection in the future, I have no doubts that I will turn to him first. The process was efficient, friendly, and I would recommend it over selling figures individually over message boards.
Matt was excellent to work with. I sold a collection of ~100 G1 Transformers and GoBots (original owner). He was responsive and fair with pricing. He also has a great process to evaluate condition of the bots. He paid promptly. He knows this product. Keep in mind that he is reselling these, so pricing needs to reflect that. And be patient if you don't hear back from him, send a followup email. Because he is good at what he does, he gets a lot of messages.
A great website with all things transformer related! Mr Matthew Camaratta, the runner of the site was helpful, polite and mostly prompt in returning emails and answers to questions. Because of this I sold him my collection of Transformer toys at a fair price to both of us, sending all the way from England. Long may the site continue and please check it out if you have any Transformer queries.
I recently contacted Matt and sold my Transformers collection to him. I thought the price was fair and understand that there has to be some room for profit on his end. I sent the items as instructed and I received payment approximately a week after he received and confirmed the items that I had sent.
