I wanted to take a minute and post about my experience at Transformerland. I had a collection of about 35 vintage transformers I was looking to sell so i did some research and came across the site.

Initially i used the site for information on sets, scarcity and some ballpark pricing but i noticed a link on buying collections and thought I would give it a shot to see what the offer would be like before posting my stuff up on bay. After sending in some pictures and talking details we negotiated a deal I was happy with.

My thanks to Matthew at transformerland, he was fair and easy to work with. I would do business there again and highly recommend the site for your research, buying and selling of transformers.

Matt was very responsive and provided a very good price to purchase my entire collection of G1 Transformers. I did not want the hassle of pricing, waiting, selling and shipping each piece individually on ebay, so TransformerLand provided an excellent alternative. After sending him pictures and a very detailed list of my collection, he provided me a quote within 24 hours. (I think the more thorough the pictures and list, the faster the response time.) The availability of real historic sales prices that exist on transformerland.com provided me a excellent source of understanding the current marketplace. It also helped me set realistic expectations of the value of the collection. Matt made the process easy, and payment was timely.

Transformerland.com is a fine site to deal with. I recently sold my collection of G1 transformers to them and I was frankly pleasantly surprised by the offer I received. Matt responded quickly everytime I e-mailed him and everything was on the up-and-up. I will echo the sentiments of several other reviewers here that I was a little apprehensive about mailing my entire collection before receiving the payment for them. However, I went ahead and Matt e-mailed me when he received them to let me know. There was a little delay in getting the payment but I did receive a check in the mail about 9 days after he received my shipment and it was for the amount that we had agreed upon. All in all, I would say that it was a great experience and I would certainly consider doing business with them again in the future and would recommend anyone else who is interested in Transformers do the same. Found this Transformer site online, and was wondering if it was a better option than eBay. The answer was definitely yes. Matt was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. After a few emails and pictures, he provided a fair and accurate price and when he received the toys, the check followed. I highly recommend doing business this way, without the hassle of auctions. I had a very positive overall experience in selling my old Transformers to TransformerLand and Matt. He was very prompt in returning emails and communications. Despite the concerns of friends about mailing my items and waiting on check in order to receive, they were extremely prompt upon taking care of payment back to me upon receiving and inspection. I would recommend doing business with TransformerLand and would say there are no concerns doing business with them.

Another stellar transaction with Matt at Transformerland. My package arrived today, sitting outside being rained on. Thankfully, everything was very well packed with proper dunnage, bubble wrap, and zip lock bags, so the contents were perfect inside. Thanks!

I can't speak for others, but I've now bought and sold with TransformerLand.com and have had nothing but great experiences each time. They've even alerted me to some upcoming preorders.

Nothing but good things to say about Matt from transformerland.com. I had an old collection of transformers I was looking to sell so I submitted the list on his website to get an estimate. He replied VERY promptly, like within the hour with a rough quote. After sending him some pictures and more information about the collection we came to an agreement on price.

I was a little weary of sending him the collection through the mail before getting payment, but google eased my mind as there was virtually no negative feedback about him or the site, only glowing reviews. Sure enough, a few days later he paid me what we agreed to and I couldn't be happier.

Matt is a gentleman and an a trustworthy business man. I highly recommend his site if you are looking to buy, sell, or trade transformer toys.

I found some old toys in my garage I didn't need to hold onto any longer and wanted to sell. I happened across TransformerLand and contacted them. Matt promptly responded to my inquiry, told me how much he thought they were worth, gave me packing instructions, and clearly explained how I'd get paid (I chose PayPal, though he offered other options as well). Within a few days, my toys were off to find a better home and I was paid. It couldn't have been faster or easier. Five-star service all the way!

I recently just finished a transaction with Matthew Camaratta, who represents the site transformerland.com, and I decided to leave a review of my experience, simply because the bottom review on this page caused me to be wary. I don't know what that person went through, nor do I know their whole story. However, from my experience, I would recommend Matt to anyone interested in selling their collection. He offered more than a fair price, and he never had any type of attitude with me other than being both friendly and courteous. I was amazed at the nasty attitudes I received when contacting other sites (Curt at tfsource.com, I'm looking at you tough guy). There was a bit of a mix-up with the payment, but Matt resolved that in a prompt and professional manner. So in short, I would go with this site again if I had anymore Transformers or older toys to sell. Hopefully this review helps anyone on the ropes about this whole process.
