Personally, I have been a loyal customer since 2006, and I never once had a problem with his grading or his service. Over the last two years I've been shrinking my Transformers collection to the toys I could never see myself parting with. This of course meant selling off a great number of Transformers. TransformerLand proved to be the ideal place to sell to because I could sell a huge number of Transformers from various lines and series in one go. Communication was great and the prices offered to me fair. I've sold to TransformerLand four or five times now and have yet to have a problem. They were even understanding when accessories I thought I included were in fact not there. I have a final batch of Transformers I plan on selling and as before TransformerLand will be my go to.

I had a very smooth transaction with Matt... I was in the process of moving and I didn't have time to take pics... I figured that anything I received was better than my alternate choice of throwing old toys away or lugging them around again, so I just boxed them up and sent them straight to him... a week later after he received them, he gave me a fair price and immediately paid me... i couldn't have wished for an easier transaction... thanks Matt!

I had a great experience selling some of my old Transformers. I had a couple of boxes at my parents and they gave me a call and said it was time for them to go. I did a few searches on how best to sell them online, and after reaching out to a few sites, transformerland.com responded quickly and had a well laid out process on how to sell the toys. Matt asked for a few pictures and a couple follow-up details, but then we quickly proceeded to a transaction.

Clearly it can be tough doing business via email, but we got on the phone, he was able to talk through the pieces with me and discuss condition. He then made me an offer, and arranged all the shipping and coordination. Payment was timely, the offer was more than fair, and he made the process seamless (and this is from somebody who does not regularly sell items online).
