From beginning to end, my experience with Transformerland was fabulous! I sold my childhood Transformer collection to them, and it was an easy, clear, and transparent process. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

Here's what happened: The package showed up as delivered, except the mailman delivered it to the wrong house. I asked the neighbor about it who vehemently denied the package ever showing up at his house and the mailman expressed to me his theory that the couple kept the transformer for their kid. Extremely illegal, but there wasn't a lot of evidence.
Despite all that, Transformerland sent me a replacement pro bono. Completely solid company, and customer service is clearly their priority. Everyone always claims that the customer is always right, but ACTIONS (or in this case action figures) speak louder than words.

Transformerland.com provides you with the best prices when you buy from them. Their customer service is very good. Do give them a try, I did not regret my orders from them. Their descriptions are always on point and I trust them when I buy from them.
I sold my Transformers from the Netherlands to Transformerland and during the process Matt was very clear and easy to talk with. He knows what he is talking about and he is honest. I learned of this site when I was looking for an honest business to sell my collection to. *fter scanning eBay, I realized I needed to go to find a Transformer collector's site to get a fair price. I spent the time to fully catalog my collection with a picture the condition and completeness of each Transformer. I found this website to be very helpful in identifying each item and it's accessories. That saved me days if not weeks!
After this exercise I quickly emailed Matthew the collection information and a website link to see my collection pictures. Matthew was quick to respond to my inquiry with a fair offer and we quickly struck a deal.
Our transaction was clean and I am happy with the outcome and transaction.
I had some items that I really didn't have time to sell out or find a buyer. After making contact and delaying my shipment they stuck with the original rate. I was able to sell several items as a whole and they sent paynet within a couple of days. Great buisiness and customer service to go along with it.
