After looking online I couldn't find much for 13' trampoline parts. I came across this site, and they had the pad and net for my exact model. I ordered and was a bit worried when I came across some negative reviews. But everything shipped quickly, and was exactly as ordered. No problems with this order and would recommend them.
Having so many issues can't reach any one from the business, return issues ending up in multiple FedEx charges on my end, emailing company little to no response, refunded product but they never refunded my money, frustrating for sure

I placed an order because they said I would receive it within 4-6 days. The springs came in two weeks. And then I had to call to see where the mat and pad were. He said that it didn't make it on the truck. 2 more weeks later it finally came and was the wrong size. I sent all of the items back and he wouldn't send me a refund. Suddenly he quit answering my phone calls. Had to put a claim in with my bank. BAD BUSINESS!

We bought a replacement mat in April 2021 and it started to come apart in August 2021. They did replace it because it was under a year warranty but the second one started to come apart a few months later. They will not replace the mat again even though we have went through two in just over a year. Their website states these mats will last for years, that is a lie. The stitching is bad quality. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
I never receive a return tag for sensing wrong item. No one answers on the phone and emails. Bad company!

I purchased a set of pads for our 10 x 17 trampoline on September 29 2022. My credit card was charged $289 right away, however the pads have not been sent. I've emailed for status on 11/4 & 11/14. Today is 12/10/22 and I still have no pads and no response nor do I have my funds back.

I was very scared because I read reviews AFTER purchasing, but hoped for the best. I accidently ordered 2 and reached out to customer service via email. They responded within the 2 day time frame they stated and explained how I could return and get a refund. As it turned out, the mats fit perfect, and are of very good quality, and since I still have 1,3, and 5 year old grandchildren, I decided to keep the 2nd one for a replacement down the road, as I am sure the product will only be more expensive a few years from now. I am very happy with this product and the response of customer service. Everyone is very backed up right now so it's all about patience, but they did respond.
We purchased trampoline pads and are absolutely appalled by the quality. It hasn't even been a year and they are absolutely destroyed. I tried to reach out to the company to show them and let them know and never got a response. I would buy elsewhere!

We ordered a new mat for our trampoline 2 years ago after taking the measurements and counting the number of springs. My husband had a very difficult time getting the new pad to fit, so much so that it required the help of another adult man to get it to work. Within 6 months several of the springs broke off of the mat. Our kids continued to use it until early this summer when so many springs broke off that it became dangerous to jump. We paid $140 just for the mat 2 years ago. I contacted the business and received an email that our warranty had expired. Then I tried to call their phone number about half a dozen times, but it didn't work. So I sent another email requesting a different number and that I wanted to speak to someone regarding a past purchase. The reply back asked for my contact number. I have yet to receive an email for another number to call, and am still waiting for a phone call from them. Very disappointed.
Needless to say, we just purchased a new mat from another company but only paid half price this time.
I placed 1 order online, and received 2 shipments. After 30 days and numerous calls, they asked me to ship it back at my expense with a restocking fee. Nice enough customer service agents online (if you can get through), but their management will not allow them to do what is clearly the right thing. I had to dispute my credit card to get resolution. Ugh! Many other vendors available online. I suggest using them.
I ordered a part they took my money immediately after one week of waiting no updates no tracking number, their phone numbers no one answers, I did a chat for 3 days and could not get information on my order nothing and everytime I asked about a tracking number I was disconnected, I tried for three days, I called my bank and said it was a fraud company I kept my chat to prove what was happening. I told the company I want my money back now let see how long this takes. You can't even see an update let alone no tracking number. Again do not order from this company, phone number is no good, email is no good and their so called chat doesn't help either. What kind of company is this but a FRAUD and SCAM

I was very disappointed with this company! I bought a trampoline mat which was the correct size. It doesn't fit but is too large. I had purchased one from them a few years ago and was very happy! It was a perfect fit. They are ignoring my texts and I am at a loss at what to do. Personally I would never buy from them again and I would suggest no one else either.

If they would have offered to help solve the problem. When I email them, they have replied by introducing themselves but that's as far as it goes when I tell them what the problem is with the matt.

We ordered parts for an existing trampoline and were sent the wrong parts! No return of calls and very poor help in emails in trying to return the wrong parts and get the correct ones. I would not do business with them ever!
I ordered on line a 8x12 with 88 rings. They sent me an 8x12 with 96 rings. I sent an email letting them know that I received the wrong item. Then, the next day. They then wanted me to take a picture of the tag to ensure it was wrong. I did, and then the next day they said to return mat and they'd send the correct one. I did and never got a tracking number or ETA of the replacement until I asked. And they responded with... At the moment we do not since I see that the item was processed through our secondary warehouse. A tracking has been requested to be sent via email. 10 days later I finally got the replacement and it was the same as the 1st one that was wrong. I am pending a refund once the mat has been returned. It's been 6 weeks and I still have no mat for my Trampoline. The party we are hosting this coming weekend will have no trampoline thanks to them. There are more places to shop online. I suggest you do so.
Our Jumpking trampoline mat of 17 years finally bit the dust so I did some online searching for a new mat and trampolineandmore had the lowest price. I do regret to say that I ordered before I read all of these reviews on the place and not gonna lie, I worried about our order after reading all the terrible experiences. That said, our transaction was smooth. It came within the allotted shipping time and it was the correct size and shape, exactly what I ordered. We've tried it out and so far, it seems like it'll hold up fine. The only misgivings I had was the lack of paperwork/instuctions/brand certificate/etc in the box. The box itself says Jumpking Mat, however all the "literature" I could find in the box was a 2x4 inch piece of thin cardboard with some form of Asian text & writing on it.? It does make me a little leery that there is no real certification of the make, there isn't even anything on the tag on the mat. So, in my honest opinion, while our transaction went smoothly, there is no proof that I have a quality (or legal even?) product so exercise caution when considering this company.
I looked into the website and wanted to call the company to make sure they was legit and I got no answer. Then I looked up reviews and saw they had bad reviews so I kinda desided to not order threw the company. Then the next day they called me back (the reviews said they didn't return calls) so I thought that seemed pretty good the guy I talked to also was very helpful and and gave me a discount. And then when I said I wanted to call and talk to my husband about it before I placed the order he acted great with it. Then I called him back to go ahead and place the order that was on a Saturday. Part of the order was here on Monday the rest came on Wednesday! The quality seems good! The ladder was a little shorter then we wanted but I think my husband can remodel it and it will work good.
I ordered springs almost a month ago. They've dropped the ball several times. From never shipping my order to finally shipping it but to Illinois instead of NJ. I still haven't received my springs and nobody cares enough to let you know what's going on. Someone in customer service will reply days later with inaccurate info. Never ordering from them again.

Horrible customer service and they ship incorrect sized products then expect the customer to pay for shipping it back to the tune of $55.00. They never return calls are ALWAYS away from their desks for numerous reasons. So frustrating to the degree I'm just going to keep the incorrect item and save myself further costs to get "refunded" which sounds like they don't do that either - per other reviews! I will try and find someone who needs this size net.

I ordered ONE trampoline security net and they sent TWO. If I needed I would've ordered two. I have contacted the company to get a return label to return the additional net and nothing. Every time I online chat with "MIchelle" her response is we will send it by the end of the date today. It's being over one month that I am trying to get the return label. Sent several emails, no response.
I purchased a replacement mat in May 2019. Within 15 months, the fabric loops which held the "v-rings" for the springs were coming apart, rendering my trampoline useless. Customer service said the warranty had expired and offered 20% off my next purchase. There will not be a next purchase. The mat is in perfect shape -- if it could only connect to the springs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for trampoline parts.
Ordered a trampoline enclosure system for 144.00 and an anchor kit. I got one tracking number so I thought it would all be in one box. Wrong. The only part of the order I received was the 24.00 anchor kit. The customer service is terrible you call and no one answers, you email and their inbox is full. Beware do not buy from them. Thank goodness I had the sense to pay with paypal. Here's hoping paypal gets me my money back.
The company says they work with all trampolines THEY ARE LIARS. I Paid my money waited forever to get my net that that said was the correct net sent me the wrong net then they tell they don't sell parts for the propel trampoline? Wanted 3 weeks of my time. Don't use this company horrible customer service also.

I purchased items from here that did not work for my trampoline. Upon following all directions on the return policy and given confirmation that they received it and would be receiving my money back, 8 months later I have not. I have contacted them multiple times hoping for luck with zero luck. Now they aren't even returning my calls. Worse part is that on top of the over $200 that I am not getting back, I spent $75 in the shipping of the return.
