I ordered my replacement net on August 8 and cancelled my order on Aug 13 because when I called to get an eta they said it didn't ship because I didn't pay the delivery. This was their fault, they never indicated a delivery charge when I paid. Its been 13 days and I haven't received my refund or a return call from them. I call them everyday and leave a voicemail but nobody returns my calls. Stay Away from this company!
