I ordered on line a 8x12 with 88 rings. They sent me an 8x12 with 96 rings. I sent an email letting them know that I received the wrong item. Then, the next day. They then wanted me to take a picture of the tag to ensure it was wrong. I did, and then the next day they said to return mat and they'd send the correct one. I did and never got a tracking number or ETA of the replacement until I asked. And they responded with... At the moment we do not since I see that the item was processed through our secondary warehouse. A tracking has been requested to be sent via email. 10 days later I finally got the replacement and it was the same as the 1st one that was wrong. I am pending a refund once the mat has been returned. It's been 6 weeks and I still have no mat for my Trampoline. The party we are hosting this coming weekend will have no trampoline thanks to them. There are more places to shop online. I suggest you do so.
