Customer service folks are very helpful! I called customer service with a few questions, got them addressed, placed the order, got a discount that had expired a day prior, and the store delivered our order on time and with the same high quality we've had in our past 4 orders!

I tried to change the delivery address via email( customer service was not open) minutes after ordering and was told it was already shipped. I would have preferred for the gift to go directly to the recipient.

I thought the braces were high quality, but that is not the case. Very disappointed and have returned both items that I purchased. The fabric was falling apart when I was trying it on. Did not even have a chance to wear it to the office. Not worth the price. Very disappointed

The product was good but when I tried to contact customer service, it was really poor. I had a problem with the clips, which fell apart when I used them. I was told Trafalgar doesn't sell them and I should go to Amazon. I would have appreciated knowing what to buy and how to replace them. Instead, I was told nothing and ended up buying them twice, since I didn't know what to buy and having a problem installing them and caused a problem with the suspenders themself. You would think that a company that sells at a high price would take the time to explain what I should order and how to install them.

On 10 September 2022 I placed an on-line order, using my $US VISA, with Trafalgar for $190.98 in $US. I cancelled that order on-line and the parcel was never shipped. On 20 September 2022 Trafalgar issued a refund in $US, for only $175.02 in $US. Despite numerous attempts to have this corrected, including sending a scan of my VISA statement, the refund is still outstanding and my most recent requests are not acknowledged, nor is there any response or explanation. I have told them I will buy nothing more from Trafalgar until I receive my refund, and they continue to bombard me with advertising.

I received the tuxedo cufflinks and studs, however, one of the mother of pearl studs was separated and I had to super glue the mother of pearl top back onto the stud. Not very good quality.

I love the belt and buckle ordered separately. Only problem is the 40mm water buffalo belt buckle cannot be removed so I can switch out the buckles. I'm somewhat disappointed. The extra buckle is stunning, but I have nothing it can be used on. I have a return label to send the buckle back. Will be doing so.

Been looking for a replacement strap for months, you solved my dilemma.
I ordered the wrong size belt. They let me know the belt didn't come in that size and suggested I select a different size. They canceled the order for me while I selected another belt. The second order got canceled by accident and they immediately corrected it, gave me a discount for my inconvenience, and I got my belt in no time at all.
