I paid $39 for next day shipping to have the gift arrive on my husband's birthday, 7/29.2 day shipping said it would arrive on 7/30 and cost $20. Braces arrived on 7/30, I asked about a partial refund and was told no several times by Trafalgar customer service.
Unfortunately I received the wrong width and put in a request to exchange my strap for the right size.

I purchased express shipping, and it didn't arrive until after I left for the event. It was supposed to be there before...the team credited me for the costs, but it still left me in a bind.
The belt had some bad scuffs around it & a belt hole had some tan leather material that looked out of place. But besides that, it's a good looking belt.
My only complaint is the delayed delivery (which might not be an issue related to the store per se). The package was dispatched on 06/03 and arrived to me on 21/03 which is kind too much. Other than that, everything else seems good.
If you're like me, you tend to think of handkerchiefs in relation to a grandfather. My own, never went a day without having one, well, handy. He dressed everyday in retirement in 2/3 of his custom-tailored suit, trousers and vest, over a striped bespoke shirt. No jacket, so his handkerchief was in his pocket. Now I'm a grandfather, with Trafalger in my pocket. I did not know about the pattern, otherwise you get five stars.
The tie is exquisite and it delightfully exceeds my expectations and stands out among my multitude of neck wear. My introduction to Trafalgar stretches way back to the 70s when I bought a couple Trafalgar belts, and they were top of line. It's nice to know Trafalgar has thrived for all these years when goods of quality are sadly disappearing.

Cute handkerchiefs at great price, just what I needed for a bachelor party gift
Received my black Broderick belt a day earlier than expected, in a unexpected nice cloth bag. Haven't worn it except to try it on, but fit is perfect (32" size fits in the middle hole of 5 holes; I normally wear 30" dress pants) and the belt feels really nice. Leather is a bit shiny, which I like, and feels like it will last for a long time.
My order was processed very quickly and I had the hanker chiefs delivered much sooner than expected. I was very impressed with the size and quality of the hanker chief. I would highly recommend this item!

Belt buckle is rather flimsy and when fully clamped does not grab hold of the leather strap that I've had for so long. I bought this buckle to replace a lost one that held just fine.

This customer is incorrect. They placed an order on the weekend and thought they were getting it on Monday. We are closed on the weekends so orders do not ship out on weekends. It shipped out on Monday and arrived the next day on Tuesday. We advertise as well but the customer will not accept responsibility. Packages are expected to arrive the next business day. Next day shipping starts at $39. Please note that next day orders must be placed by Noon CT to ship the same business day. For orders placed after 12pm (noon) CT, they are considered to be shipped the next business day and delivery time starts then. For example, an order placed at 7pm CT on Monday with overnight shipping, will ship on Tuesday and be delivered on Wednesday. At this time, Saturday delivery is not available!
