I ordered a pair of $200 shoes, they said they were delivered and I never received them. I was told to wait 3 days which I think is ridiculous. I didn't receive them and now I have to wait 3 more days to have some sort of resolution? I'm out $200 dollars now with NOTHING in hand. I want my money back and I will never work with this company again, I ordered some shirts last year and some shady crap happened then too and I had to reorder them and finally got them a month later. I regret giving this company a second chance.
They arrived and the shoes are just as pictured and brand new.
This was not my first time buying from Tradesy so I was not nervous, but once again after my recent purchase I am satisfied! The shoes are beautiful and matched the description and pictures perfectly. For anyone who loves designers with a bank account that can't support, with a loathe of fakes- this is the perfect blend! Good for the environment to recycle! I appreciate the seller and Tradesy. Thanks!

I purchased a LV handbag which turned out to be too small. I found out their return policy is no returns only exchanges. I tried to find something else to purchase but their inventory is very old and picked over. Also, much of their inventory is overrpriced. Gucci tennis shoes are less at Gucci than on their site. Buyer be ware.

I do apologize for the confusion around our return policy. A buyer can return most items within 4 days of delivery for style/fit reason and they will receive site credit which never expires and can be used on the entire Tradesy site, it does not have to be used at the same shop you originally purchased from.
I can completely understand how frustrating the returns process can be. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve this process, please do not hesitate to us know and I can definitely share them with our returns manager. We're always looking for ways to streamline and improve our processes.

We encourage sellers to accurately list their items, and in cases that a buyer feels it was not accurately described they can file a misrepresentation claim within 4 days of delivery. I am so sorry you were not aware of this before.
