Since i joined tradekey everything was looking like its too slow and was seemed like tradekey scam me as I saw bad tradekey feedbacks on internet. Tradekey people said that before starting my tradekey services they have to update my data on tradekey website to open my online shop, they demanded all my company information to them, like product photos, specifications of the products, business license and certificates. It was not enough for information gathering here but they also shared a document with me which asked much details to enter in that document, it was so frustrating that I made my mind to put bad tradekey review as I felt as i also became the victim of tradekey scam as other previous tradekey reflecting the same and it was too difficult to deal with such stuff even though i have paid to be the premium member and most likely to face tradekey fraud.

Later on they made to wait to wait 15 days and to set up my everything information on tradekey profile and I resembled pausing and pausing for the day they will start my services. It was difficult to trust tradekey but finally after 15 days my services initiated then i realized the working that they have done and taken time to do so, was extremely essential before beginning my administrations of the online shop, in light of the fact that in different entryways part needs to do it without anyone else's input, but in tradekey their professional account manager is doing it for me, good service and tradekey deserve good feedback for this, since i reviewed the working i realized, it would have take 2 months if i would do it, because the data is too much and there can be scammers from whome we have to beware and careful.
It took a lot of time but lastly we got order of fine beans, sugar snap and snow peas from UK. We are exporting regularly to this buyer as he liked the quality and feel comfortable to deal with me.
My all doubts and tensed thoughts and bad tradekey reviews proved wrong when I got $******* in my hand. I learned that bad tradekey reviews is just a matter of bad time, its the experience which everyone have.

I was golden member for last 2 years and i paid about 1500 $ to became member and i didn't get any serious buyer to buy my products. Yes i received many inquiries from fake accounts, not real buyers. I recommend to nobody join them or pay any money to them.

Tradekey.com was a good company before 2015 but now they have to pay employes salaries and dues and asking them to work. Strategy is hold employes salaries and ask them to work and if they resign they will never get their dues. Now they are using new name technado and export hub and stealing Alibaba and tradekey leads. Frankly they are wolf in the beard.
I suggest you never join Tradekey as a member or as a worker and also beaware others as well.

I started a new business in foreign market and i found tradekey is the best platform in term of international buyers because all the buyers which I got were serious buyer and the best part of tradekey given buyer is that those buyers who connected with me since beginning are still in a good connection with me for future business requirements, which is the best part of any international business now i can say that my business is having good business presence on international level and enjoying my business by catering good importers whom are now my business friends as well.

We started Tradekey and they provided us with many buyers in first contract and based on that services we renewed again to resign the services with them.
They have connected buyers with us who are now our frequent purchasers and they place order with us in every 3-5 months and also they have connected more buyers who are now giving more new orders to us.
We wish Tradekey keep giving good services to their customers that helps companies to increase their sales.

The management of Tradekey.com has usurped salaries and other payable to 100s of employees amounting to millions of dollars. Now they have started the same operations under a new name of "trade technado" to avoid payoffs of their liabilities. They are a bunch of cheats, liars and scammers.
The website is empty and filled with fake content. They use cron jobs to pull data from other B2B websites including Alibaba but very few real customers. When they get a buyer they connect the same buyer with 50 to 100 suppliers though fake inquiry submissions showing to the sellers that they can provide good inquiries but in fact they are fake.
Please beware of this website and this company whether you want to do business with them of work there.
I am an ex-employee of Tradekey and waiting for my money to be paid since last two years.

Stay away from these guys, quality is so so bad with their vanities, not even one from a whole container worth selling, they couldn't even make fire wood on a good day. 1 in 5 mirrors is able to be sold. They stopped communications once problems arose. No matter even if the products are free don't waste any effort with these guys. (Jimmy the owner)

We registered TradeKey as Golden member 2 years ago, and when we purchased the services we just started the business and does not have any export experience, TradeKey started working for us and we started receiving inquiries initially we received less inquiries but within 2 months the inquiry count increased and after our 4 months on TradeKey we got in connection with one European customer who asked for prices. I started registering my company on Tradekey.com in 2012 and I immediately received calls from them to convince me to upgrade my account, at first I didn't really want to because I was still testing their services, but decided to take the premium membership account anyway. Honestly speaking I did start receiving email inquiries from potential buyers, "so I thought" and started replying to them but not a single one came back so I began to think that these are just them sending fake inquiries pretending to be genuine buyers, Even found that on my Tradekey page web for my products one of them put their picture on it, I was very upset and found that my email was hacked but managed to stop it! I am REMOVING my company from this website and I want to write to my South African trading government department to investigate this company. They should ban them! Seriously.

Terrible terrible client service - first thing! I got answers for my email only when they tried to sell me ViP service. After I transferred many no contact for 4 months! They was telling me that consultant left, that there was holily - BULl$#*!! I was prepared to go to the police. But then the started apologizing and i said okey - maybe i will get some good buyers. NO AGAIN... Clients were crap! The best A grade buyers wanted to pay 4 times less than is our price for this product! The price is impossible - it; s cheaper than production cost. Don't go for their VIP SERVICE BULL$#*!. 1500$ for $#*!ty client list - all of this was something terrible, just waste of money! We at first told 3 others companies about this so they were willing to get vip membership - but I told them to stay away luckily.

Tradekey is really a good and effective business platform. I was previously Alibaba member before and joining Alibaba was the biggest mistake and totally waste of the cost. There was so many chinese suppliers, My company plat is set up in Taiwan and South Korea. And my prices are higher than chinese low quality products price. This is what made it a terrible experience on Alibaba. The competition is intense. The buyers do not prefer Korean products because they get cheap prices from chinese supplier. There is a Superb service called KAM.My KAM helped me alot in a real effective maner. The buyer information is very suitable and enough. I totally disagree with the bad words written about Tradekey here by Alibaba staff and they posted their own advertisement here to misguide people.
