Toywiz cancelled two of my pre-orders stating that the "item was out of stock" how can a PRE-order be out of stock? No further details are granted. When I ask for more information they hit me with a very 'is what it is' kinda e-mail.

Under no circumstances do business with these scam artists. I ordered a baseball card package of Bowman cards advertised as(15) packs of 19 cards for a total of 285 cards. I received one pack of 19 cards. I am then told it was not there issue where I had seen the ad in Google marketplace. When I went back to see if I made a mistake the ad was the same. But when you clicked to order it changed to one pack of 19 bowman cards. When I called toy wiz it became a Google marketplace problem. They saw no such ad on their end. Forget getting anyone on Google. I went back in my history found toy wiz ad and it was the same offer but now it noted not available in all areas. Do not buy toy wiz's blaming others and DONT ORDER anything with their name attached. I guess I have to eat this one. They totally deny any wrongdoing on their end. Steer clear! Wish I could give them a zero

Hi I am a pc builder and been working on computers for 6 years. I have a 6 year old niece who loves the spy ninjas witch is ironic cause the show is about the spy ninjas and hackers. I had 2 spy ninja kitsch in my shopping cart but when I went to pay for them it was pulled out of my cart and the pc world has been experiencing problems with hacker bots so as a warning don't order from any 3rd party vendors right now. Please don't add your card information.

So a few months ago we ordered a Toy for my little brother. It was a birthday present and he was very excited. What happened when we got it though was awful. My Brother received his present falling apart and when trying to handle it, it broke. So now we had a $360 broken birthday present. Now I acknowledge that ToyWiz did not produce this toy, but they were terrible at helping us out. We asked for a refund and when they said they would send someone to pick it up, no one came. So we tried to go through the bank, that didnt work and its now been about 4 months with no reply. We've contacted again but they are yet to reach out, though I doubt we'll get anywhere.

If I could give a zero star I would. I bought a 27.99 moj moj toy using Amazon. ToyWiz zoomed in on the picture so I thought it was a bigger product. Then when it comes, it's the size of your hand. I was like ok whatever it's fine. But that's not the worst part, the toy itself stank! It smelled like gasoline and sharpie mixed together. It was not safe for kids. I returned the item and literally they removed the toy for sale within 24 hours of me leaving a bad review. When it came to refunding me the money they deducted 50% for "restocking fees" because the toy was opened and "used". They also down played the smell stating that it only smelled like plastic... total rip off. I have to go through Amazon to get the rest of the refund back. Never buy from this company. They are scammers.

Toywiz charged me an extra $18.46 for shipping AFTER i placed my order. The shipping cost more than the comic books. Will not do repeat business. Imagine if Walmart charged me extra shipping after I placed order... unheard of.

Never order or pre order from this company. They lie to their customers. They charged me for a couple of booster boxes i ordered at a normal price which wasnt even a great price to begin with. I was told that my order will arrive in December 2020. I waited and called and then they said January 2021. So I waited and it was February now. I called and emailed them and finally they responded saying it will take longer who knows when. This company is a scam. They made me wait so long for my packages and now that item elsewhere costs 3x the price because i waited so long. If they didnt do that to me or were honest from beginning i would have been able to buy it elsewhere for even cheaper than what I bought it with them. Now i am unable to purchase my items anywhere else due to the prices for waiting for them for so long. DO NOT do business with them. TOTAL SCAM! They need to refund extra money for all that they did. I will be contacting my lawyer.

I really enjoyed shopping at Toywiz and It has great deals on Anime Figurines which are usually pretty expensive on other sites. I love anime and have watched it since I was in 6th grade and wanted to get a Figurine and this was the site I found which had a great one in stock. I ordered it on August 29th and it said it was supposed to come in October. It didn't come and I check it said November and when November came I just got a little worried cause it was my first time shopping on that site. I contacted the support team and they were pretty nice and they told me how they had no control over pre-orders and I was like ok and waited a little longer. The Pre-order said ships January and I was like whelp ok then, but on the 29th of December my packaged arrived and before that on the 19th it said my packaged had been shipped and I was excited to finally have it. Worst company to deal with. ToyWiz sent items with damaged packaging. I contacted their customer support team immediately. The customer support team initially responded and after requesting a refund, they stopped responding. I sent them a follow up email asking for the refund again, and they never responded. Getting ghosted by a company, feels great!

Now they are trying to fight my credit card dispute.

You've been warned, this is a shady shady company that does not care about their customers or products they deliver.

I didn't buy anything on their site yet. I've seen some items I'm interested in. A few days ago I saw they were offering a good amount of money to buy a toy set I happened to have in my collection. It seems the toy is discontinued. I took a chance and sent in my item (within 48 hours as they requested). I made sure to upload my tracking number within that time frame also. I also included a printed copy of the invoice in the box ("to avoid a lengthy delay" as their terms say). I wondered if they'd call and 'talk me down' offering to buy it at a cheaper price or something like that, LOL. But they didn't. Within 3 hours of the tracking number showing it arrived, I received the amount promised IN FULL. I was very happy with my experience with them and will sell toys to them in the future! Excellent experience! :)
