So a few months ago we ordered a Toy for my little brother. It was a birthday present and he was very excited. What happened when we got it though was awful. My Brother received his present falling apart and when trying to handle it, it broke. So now we had a $360 broken birthday present. Now I acknowledge that ToyWiz did not produce this toy, but they were terrible at helping us out. We asked for a refund and when they said they would send someone to pick it up, no one came. So we tried to go through the bank, that didnt work and its now been about 4 months with no reply. We've contacted again but they are yet to reach out, though I doubt we'll get anywhere.
