I would give 0 but not an option. This company is a joke. I ordered a Batman 75th anniversary funko for my husband under the assumption that I'm buying one that doesn't declare it as a "damaged package," but low and behold when it arrives they barely packaged it with any support, just a simple piece of bubble wrap not even wrapped around the funko and immediately my husband starts to pick out flaws. I get things won't be perfect but my husband and I have bought funkos online from other buyers that were in WAY better condition than this one, I would lean to say almost perfect. I call the next morning to explain that I didn't purchase one that said "damaged" but yet I received a damaged one and the gentleman told me that I would have to send this one back and they would resend a new one in better condition. So I printed the shipping label and sent it in the mail. A week past and I heard nothing from this company. I call Wednesday to check the status and a lady answers and tells me they have not received the package. Ok so I told her I'd check the tracking and get back to her. It was delivered two days prior so I call back and tell her it was delivered and she tells me someone will get back to me by email within 24 hours. I get an email this morning stating they are issuing a refund that should be back on my card in a week. I call back and ask why I'm receiving a refund when I clearly was told a new one would be shipped out and this rude lady tells me that no where in the notes was anything said about issuing a new funko. At that point I was done and I'm taking the refund so I can give it to someone who will go out of their way to make a customer happy. I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TOYWIZ! The company is a joke and looking at other reviews I'm not the only unsatisfied customer.
Answer: Today I completed my first transaction with ToyWiz. I sold them a toy figure set and hoped it would be OK that the box had a light dent on the corner in front. Their terms say that the box should have no dents or damage. They accepted my item and sent the full amount as promised through Paypal. I was especially pleased because they sent the money within 3 hours of the tracking number showing it got there. You will lose 3% of the amount promised because of the Paypal fee for accepting a Paypal. But that's a small price to pay. I was so happy that it was a fast and smooth transaction. I will be selling toys to them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :) :) :)
