3 months after order placed, I have nothing. Ph# says it's after hr during business hrs. What a joke. Calling credit card to try and get a refund.

I have been shopping at ToyWiz for a while, and every time, they did not disappoint. One time, they did fail to ship my order, but I managed to get in touch, and they sent it, along with some bonus stuff as an apology for not shipping on time. This is a good site to buy toys.

I didn't buy anything on their site yet. I've seen some items I'm interested in. A few days ago I saw they were offering a good amount of money to buy a toy set I happened to have in my collection. It seems the toy is discontinued. I took a chance and sent in my item (within 48 hours as they requested). I made sure to upload my tracking number within that time frame also. I also included a printed copy of the invoice in the box ("to avoid a lengthy delay" as their terms say). I wondered if they'd call and 'talk me down' offering to buy it at a cheaper price or something like that, LOL. But they didn't. Within 3 hours of the tracking number showing it arrived, I received the amount promised IN FULL. I was very happy with my experience with them and will sell toys to them in the future! Excellent experience! :)

Being an avid TCG player I scoured the Internet to buy certain cards that are hard to find and I've had no problems with websites such as tcgplayer and trollandtoad however, this has been my worst experience trying to get cards. I've ordered cards on 3 separate occasions where the website claimed they had stock of the cards I wanted to buy but then I am sent an email saying they are out of stock. My son wasn't happy when I told him the news. The store is outdated and most items are either out of stock or not found and those "in-stock" are just for show as the website never holds up their end of the bargain. I'm very disappointed in this website and will not be visiting it again.

I recently ordered something from them and went online to check on said order(says ship in feb its almost over) I noticed with my other orders there was something from 2022 that I paid in full still "awaiting shipment" I went wait.I forgot about that (of course no contact or emails life happens you forget) I contact them and they said it shipped on the date I ordered it (uh ok?) and they have no proof to investigate therefore no refund.all my orders that I DID receive has "shipped " next to them and on order invoic a link to shipping with tracking...ok? This one from 22' did not so it was never shipped...and its out of stock so I can't reorder I mentioned that tidbit of info and they went on my orders and switched my "AWAITED SHIPMENT" to SHIPPED updated today to save their own butts unfortunately its been to long to dispute on paypal I have to contact my card in hope thy can do something.but im saddened cause they don't care and it was money this momma is tight on for a toy for my daughter I can't trust anyone anymore and this is not the only one that does this stuff I have issues with other toy companies like this UPDATE! They reached out to me again and asked if I would like to cancel newer order (of course so they don't deal with me again) I only asked would I get any refund from this or you gonna keep it instead of responding with a answer they go ahead and cancel my pre-order without my consent! WTH THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL AND SHOULD NEVER BE BOUGHT FROM SAVE THE STRESS NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! IT IS A SCAM! Listen people my name is Kim Bassette, I'm 34 and a single mother of 2. I took a job with this company as a clerical secretary, it seemed awesome especially since i need to work to feed my children. With in a few short weeks i realized something was very wrong with this place. They're not even a legit company. They're a 3rd party vendor. You place your order with them, they take it and re place that order at much cheaper costs. They often advertise items they can't get for certain and in instances when they can't get your order they tell people strings of lies in order to keep your money. Look, i'm a single mother of 2 and i voluntarily LEFT this outfit because THEY ARE THIEVES, and DISHONEST LIARS! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They do not even deserve the ONE star this site makes me give them!

Looking for Presale Info on the Nerf M41A Pulse Rifle, a Special Limited Edition Toy which I have two ordered of on Hasbro Pulse for a Combined Total of--well, let's just call it $200. I was Curious to see what other offerings are out there and gauge the Market, as I plan to Resale one of them.

ToyWiz (Also Preorder, OFC): $99... WHAT?! $499.99?! Are you out of your Mind?!

I've looked for Items on ToyWiz before. They are actually worse than Scalper Prices. NOT the kind of thing you expect from an Established Online Retail Outlet. In fact, my Sister got me a Ghostbusters Ecto-1 Transformer Collab from them and I nearly blew a gasket--not at her, mind you--BECAUSE I am VERY familiar with ToyWiz's Outrageous Pricing Policies.

All I can say is: I have NO Idea how they maintain their Business with such predatory Pricing Practices. :/

I went on toywiz.com to find a birthday present for my older sister. It was very easy and i was satisfied with my order.
