I had ordered a football jersey in the beginning of November never thinking it would take 5 weeks to receive and when I did receive it poor quality of material.

I ordered a special Football Jersey for my son on November 9,2021 with a promoted 30 day guarantee. It is now December 19 and I have heard nothing from Lacey. I'm disappointed in the customer service and the face that I've had no communication about any sort of refund.

The Jersey not only took forever to get here (from China also) but it was made wrong at that. Was suppose to be 82nd Airborne but received 27th infantry. Also when you inquire about your product whereabouts you are just given the runaround. Now I have to try and get my money refunded. I would not recommend this company

First, I received my order almost a month late. Once I received the items, the shirt I purchased for my fiance looked like a youth shirt so of course she couldn't fit it. It also had blue dye that ran unto the yellow color of the sleeve. I sent an email to an address that was provided from their site requesting a refund or exchange. The cust service rep stated they needed a pic of the shirt with measurements. I have NEVER been asked to measure a shirt before. I advised I don't have a tape measure and if I'm advising the shirt doesn't fit, why would measurements matter as if I'm lieing! There refund policy also states if there is a manufacturer defect then a full refund will be provided. I would think blue dye on a yellow sleeve that isn't supposed to be there would be a manufacturer defect. I have been emailing back and forth for 3 days now trying to get my refund. I have stated I would return the one that doesn't fit and has the defect but the customer service rep continues to ask me to do things that no other company that I've ordered from before has ever requested me to do in order to return the shirr and get a refund. I was even willing to do an exchange but I no longer wish to do that since it seems I'm getting the run around. My issue is still not resolved! This has by far been the worst experience I've ever had and will never buy from Top Design Fan ever again! Beware, beware, beware! Customer service is TERRIBLE!

I sought after the Ga bulldogs collar jersey couldn't find it anywhere. Thanks to this site I got it. I originally thought it was a scam page since no reviews and multiple sites under same address but it's legit. I'm glad I got it. I can though I canceled my debit card it's well worth it.

I bought a University of Georgia jersey from them and there is absolutely NO way that the "3XL jersey" I bought is actually a Men's 3XL
I ordered it extra big having a feeling that it might run a bit small, boy did I underestimate just how small it ran!
It looks good with all the patches and such but I can't wear it because it's too small!
I'm a big guy - 6'0,250 yes but even at my weight and build i've NEVER had a problem with a Nike or other jersey at 2 or 3 xl not fitting me.

The "Portland office" which is a small warehouse looking building in an office park is a way station for the jerseys that are all sewn I'm sure in China or Vietnam or someplace out of the US!
Go look up their address on Google maps: ******* NE Summer St. Portland, OR

Also go look up "Lacey Stamm", there is NO one by that name in Portland or the whole state of Oregon!
Certainly not one affiliated with this "company"!

It's all a scam and the worst part is that since it's a custom order they'll say they can't accept returns on custom orders which i'm sure is 99% of their business if not 100%!

I had a feeling this was too good to be true, now it's a lesson that I actually paid for - stay away!

An ACTUAL 2 XL Nike jersey on Fanatics measures 56 inches around the chest.
The jersey I bought from them is 44-46 inches around total!
That's 10 inches difference!
For a 3 XL it would be 60 inches - like I said I ordered a 3XL because I thought it might be a bit smaller than normal.

I know they say: "You get what you pay for" and if I just wanted a jersey to put ina frame and or get autographed by a player to display I wouldn't complain about this but I had planned on wearing this and now can't!

I've attacjed 2 photos, you can see that the measurement of the front of the jersey at the widest spot is 23 inches, 21 just under the under arms.
Double that front and back and you get 46 inches a full 10 inches smaller than a Fanatics Nike jersey.
I get that this is knock off stuff but 10 inches is A LOT of space!

Like I said: Stay away!

Ordered my item over a month ago and still haven't received it. I bought it for my husband's birthday which was the 4th of this month. Sent an email to find where my item was he said it was in Illinois. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything since. Only this email to leave a review for an item I haven't even received yet. So frustrating and probably wont be ordering from here again.

I ordered a custom jersey for my son's 12th birthday. It was great. He loved it. Size was good and quality stitching. I will buy again.

I ordered a jersey 1 month ago and still haven't received it. I would it was a gift for my wife and unfortunately did not arrive in time. I cannot recommend ordering from this site.

Ordered one white and one blue Penn State Football Jersey, took a month to get them, well worth the wait.
Quality and workmanship of jerseys are top shelf, combined with the pricing I would highly recommend this

I ordered my
Jersey on 9/10 and I just received it today 10/14 which is fine and all, but I wear a woman's medium so I sized up so my Jersey would fit a bit big. This Jersey is very snugg and I'm sad. I had to go back and double check that I did not accidentally order a youth large. My so plays football for OSU and I was hoping to wear it to the games. As far as the look and material of the Jersey I love it and would definitely order another one in the future but I know now to maybe size up 2 sizes or order mens large I don't know.

Very good Jersey, however it took almost a whole month to even ship. Other than that they make a great product. If you aren't in a hurry to get the order I would recommend this company.

Horrible company DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 custom LSU jerseys September 15th. According to them they were made in a day. Going to the LSU game October 2nd. Called a few times they don't answer. Emailed them a lot, every time you get the same generic response. The game was this past weekend and the jerseys have been sitting in NYC for over a week. An hour car ride from me. I'll tell you again don't don't don't order from this company.

My Josh Allen fan daughter wanted a Wyoming Josh Allen jersey. You kept us informed about the progress of our order. I was exactly as shown and was a great birthday gift.

Both jerseys were perfect and just what I ordered, and are very high quality, I'm very pleased!
