Christmas present for my Daughter. Very happy! She loved it! It didn't arrive in time for Christmas, but was aware of this ahead of time.

I was updated the whole process with shipping details. I was very happy when I received my jersey and it fits like a glove! I will be ordering more!

I purchased a custom made FSU football jersey as a Christmas gift. The order was placed on 11/2/2021 and was received on 11/29/2021. The person I purchased for loves their jersey. The only issue is the size rating. I ordered a 2x and it probably fit like an xl, so just go up a size on whatever your order. Other than that I can't complain.

Save your money and try to buy directly from the source. This company ships your order from China and now where on the website does it say that. It took 2 months to get my order. When it shipped it was the wrong colors of the team and TDF will not give me my money back. Their response was it was supposed to be like that and they won't refund the money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I have bought many jerseys over the years (my husband and I are fans of opposing teams :D) from various well known sports websites. This is by far the best quality jerseys we have gotten. Stitched letters, numbers, and quality material. I recommend this site. They reached out frequently and also responded in a timely manner. It took about 19 days, but now seeing them I know why.

The quality of product is amazing. And the customer service went above and beyond what I expected. I will be doing business with them again in the very near future.

This place is beyond a scam! They said they are located in the United States but they aren't! They are drop shippers in china. Your bank will also charge you an international fee if you purchase from them. Your order will also take months to get to you and it's crappy work! So many mess ups and terrible stitching.

Ordered something got an email 5 minutes later giving me a 20% off cupon. Emailed them and ask if I can cancel my other order and buy it again with the 20% cupon he said no that's only for a future order no worries. So I then get an email 2 weeks later saying my order is shipped and on the way 3 weeks later or so I get another email saying g that my order should have arrived and I asked how it liked it not receiving the order I reached and he said he never possessed my order because she (actually a he) thought I wanted to cancel when I never said to just asked a question. Not to mention thay say they are based out of Oregon but Lacey is actually an Asian guy based out of Asia and while shopping found 3 other different yet identical websites with the same HQ so be careful I'm afraid they are a little shady operating out of again but implying they are infact in the states. Super happy with my purchase I received a high quality jersey with custom name and number for an affordable price. Did take some time to get but their customer service was always reassuring.

Quality product. I was skeptical because it was an overseas transaction, but it came in about 2-3 weeks. Lacey was in contact with me a few times along the way as well which was comforting. All the embroidery was on point!

Took a month to receive order because it is shipped from oversees. Stitching loose. Ordered 2X and received XXL. Company said it's the same size, but any tall and large customer can confirm this is false! Won't issue a return or exchange for alternate size. Buyer Beware! Just order your shirt from another, more reputable vendor!

I received my order today to complete my search for 2 jerseys I had been trying to get for a while. Drew Bledsoe Washington State Cougars # 11 and Doug Flutie Boston College Eagles # 22. They are both well made and fit just right.

On December 4th 2021. I ordered a FLORIDA GATORS jersey with the new 7 and our last name on it. I have been and waiting for the gift for my wife to come in. I got the run around from this company over and over. Today January 11th I get the jersey. IT'S A F-ING CINCINNATI JERSEY! WTF!

Do not buy from Top Design Fan unless you have a very long lead time available. I ordered a jersey on Thanksgiving weekend intending to give it as a Christmas gift. It finally arrived on January 7th. The quality of the workmanship was poor. Lots of unclipped threads and sloppy application of the patches. My wife is great with sewing and embroidery, so she was able to clean most of it up. The customer service appears to be totally automated. My inquiries about my order got replies that did not answer my questions and appeared to be "canned." The package delivery search is a joke. Not at all accurate or truthful. But the jersey was the lowest price of all the sites I looked at, so there's that.

My son and I love our custom Ohio State jerseys. The sizes are perfect and we are impressed with the professional stitch work! Awesome product!

I ordered a Norte Dame football jersey with our last last name placed on the back for my son for Christmas. I thought I ordered it in plenty of time to get here before Christmas. After a couple weeks I had not seen it or received any updates from Top Design so I sent them an email asking about the status of my order. Lacey replied immediately. She was fair, brief, honest and caring. She assured me that my order had been received and that the jersey was being custom made, and included dates for expected completion. She asked me to be patient and assured me that upon completion it would be shipped immediately. I told her that I had ordered it for my son for Christmas and I was really hoping it would get here before Christmas Day. She was honest and told me she couldn't guarantee that it would make it in time but she would do her best. She seemed to be sincere so I understood and crossed my fingers. She informed me immediately of the day it was sent from the production facility to the shipper and included proof of the shipping label and tracking information. In the following weeks I emailed her two or three times as I was tracking its progress and she replied immediately again, every time. Although at that time it was literally out of her hands, she continued to follow the packages progress and was willing to do everything possible to help me. It showed up 2 or 3 days before Christmas and she emailed me the day it arrived to let me know it should have been delivered. After Christmas she sent another email to me asking if the quality of the jersey had met my expectations. The jersey was AWESOME. The name was correctly spelled (12 letters), it was an authentic licensed ND jersey, and the workmanship was impeccable. Most importantly my son was literally blown away. It literally looks like he was actually on the team.
My hats off to Lacey and all who participated in its production and speedy return from all the people at Top Design. I would recommend them to anyone. Customer service and quality are both things that seem to be lost in today's world, but not at Top Design. They receive a 10 from me on both.
